Difficult to park. Small rooms. Great local. Overall average but adequate. Wouldn't stay here again but not disappointed with the stay. The surrounding area is fantastic. -no extras -do not make beds or clean daily -small bedrooms but additional lounge room

But the apartment we stayed in wasn't what we expected. We had a sanitary problem that we didn't have to find in this kind of hotel. We were located on the tram and street side. The isolation is not enough to sleep in good conditions. The lift needs to be changed.

Good location. Tram stop right outside but you can easily walk into the town centre. Two bedroom apartment was good except the air conditioning didn't cope in the living area but was good in the bedrooms. Good internet. Great staff on reception. Car parking is underground and you must get a key pass from reception before going into the underground...

Apartment was fine, location was excellent for getting to everything. Staff mostly helpful, just one woman who seemed sour, otherwise the rest of staff very helpful! Skip the breakfast and walk up the street to Ibis Hotel, whose breakfast is a beautiful buffet for 10 euros!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely great location. The apartments are top quailty everything you need, they have thought of everything, within a five minute walk you are in the middle of the main square which is full of restaurants and bars, the trams are running all the time, and within 5 minutes you are at...

Great place to stay. Don't want to promote too much as it will become difficult to book in future. Staff were helpful. There was a howling draft from the air conditioning in the kitchen but it didn't affect our stay.

The hotel is a little difficult to find on the GPS and the very small sign does not make it any easier. The 1 bedroom apartment is good size and if you ask for an apartment on the backside it will be very quiet. Citadines is extremely well located; you can walk to many dining and shopping options. The old...

This apartment hotel was good value at Euro 101 for an overnight stay. We purchased some cheese, wine and cooked seafood at the markets across the street for dinner and walked the 5 minutes to the Monoprix supermarket in the Polygon and purchased some fruit, yoghurt, milk and bread for breakfast. The room was on the third floor and included...

We arrived to the hotel after a long travel from the USA. The staff was friendly. We were surprised when we opened the door to our room to find a fold out couch for a bed. The good news is that it was the most comfortable fold out I have ever slept on. Free coffee in the early morning and...

We stayed in Ciitadines for 5 nights at the end of May 2016 and were very happy with our experience. Our room 206 which is at the side of the building had a large private balcony. The beds were quite comfortable, the room was clean and the bright shower / bathroom was excellent with good water pressure. The toilet was...
