My partner and i stayed here for 5 nights in late September. We could have found something a little cheaper but preferred something a bit more French so it was a bonus on arrival to find the owners were English. I can get by with my French but having the owners on hand to give us great tips, bus &...

Me & my partner stayed here for 4 nights & would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Nimes and surrounding areas. Me & my partner had a hire car so the hotels secure & private garage came in very handy! (Nimes one way system etc, takes a bit of getting used to though!) The service was great & the man...

We stayed here for 6 nights and were really impressed with the hotel and its location. We arrived to find that they'd upgraded us to the suite which was a nice bonus. The british owners were very friendly and helpful and we particularly appreciated their restaurant recommendations. The hotel is centrally located and the town easy to navigate your way...

We stayed for seven nights at the Hotel des Tuileries at the beginning of September. It’s a small hotel (11 bedrooms) owned by an English couple, Andrew and Caryn, in a very French style and has plenty of French guests staying there. It’s very conveniently located, about 7 minutes walk from the rail & bus station and also the town...

First off, we only got to meet the gentleman who runs this hotel and he was exceedingly nice. We did not have a favorable opinion of this hotel but it is no reflection on him or the staff who work there. Here are the facts. This hotel does NOT have wifi in the rooms, even though it is advertised as...

Stayed in mid August when weather was very hot. Air conditioning worked well and great to have a fridge in the room. Had slight problem with Air Conditioning and this was quickly fixed. Breakfast was excellent and the the British couple who run this hotel were very helpful and gave good advice. Decor and furniture in our room was a...

I stayed at Hotel des Tuileries for two nights in August of 2010, as my husband and I were passing through the area on our way to Spain. As other reviewers have noted, the location of the hotel was fantastic - easy walking distance to the Roman ruins, lovely shopping areas and galleries. Perhaps I should be more generous, as...

A pleasure to come across English owners who were so helpful and knowledgible.A well run hotel. Had armchairs and seats on the balcony but views from there are just of the street so paying the extra for that may be a waste of money. There was a fridge, free wifi and a great pizza restaurant just around the corner. Easy walking...

This hotel is wonderful! It's right in the centre of Nîmes, within walking distance of everything (the Arena, loads of excellent restaurants, Les Halles Marché...anything you could ever want), and a great base if you're travelling in the south of France. I stayed here for a week with my mom, and we loved it. Andrew and Caryn, the owners, are...
