Excellent location, great price level. Very clean. Good breakfast. Car park is indeed small but our small Opel was safely and conveniently parked for 2 days. Hotel is a little dated but still acceptable. Please Upgrade as Assoc as soon as possible

I have recently completed a business trip staying in 3 different Mercure hotels in France at Reims, Beaune and Perpignan. Whilst the first two reflect the values of the Accor group at Mercure level, I am sorry to say that the Perpignan hotel is out of date. too hot and stuffy, with poor plumbing and whilst the staff are delightful...

Great hotel and location only 1 problem we complained about the rooms being too warm and were told basically that's just the way it is ! After reading management replies to similar complaints the answer according to management was to tell a member of staff which we did and guess what we were told it was too cold for aircon...

The location is perfect for a visit in the centre of Perpignan. It is also close to the airport, if that is the way you travel. The room I got was a standard room, breakfast includet. The size of the room was not the standard I needed, as I have to do some "homework" during the evening and need space...

The outside of the hotel may be an acquired taste but you can't judge a book by its cover. The hotel is located close to the old part of the city and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are smallish but comfortable and everything is clean and well maintained. The car parking spots and driveway are narrow so care...

This hotel is situated not far from the old town, where there are a lot of restaurants although all are not open off the tourist season. The hotel is OK, the room was big enough for two persons and the double bed was wonderful. The room was clean. However, there was no separate shower but a bath tub, which is...

This Mercure is excellent. Location really central and although only a small parking area, it was a benefit to us. Staff really friendly and helpful and we got some good room service. Breakfast a true feast. Decor excellent.

This was my first visit to the Mercure at Perpignan and I had reasonable hopes. However on approaching it I have to say that from the outside it looked shabby. It was just another building in a long street of attached buildings. Happily inside it was much better and the general decor was pleasing, both in reception and when you...

Great position with easy access to the centre of town and good restaurants. The staff were very friendly and I have nothing but praise for them. Would have been excellent had the air conditioning not been so high. Corridors and bedrooms much too hot but then it was unseasonably warm outside.

Dear, Thank you very much for your comment. All client's feedback is important for us. We do have bigger rooms, Next time, do no hesitate to ask for a Privilège room: more space, more services in your room... Everything you'll need to spend more time in Perpignan and discover the area. Airco is effectively off at that period of the...
