The hotel is about 10-minutes walk from both the train station and the Sanctuary. It is a perfect location in case you want to take afternoon nap. Upon check-in, Mathilde gave us a map of Lourdes and also explained the different services at the Sanctuary. She showed us around the common kitchen, our room and how to use the key....

We enjoyed our conversations with the owners of the hotel who kept the rooms spotless. The location was convenient for the shrine and for bus service to Cauteret where we hiked to Lac de Gaube.Enjoyed!

We stayed here during our weekend trip to Cauterets. Owners were very friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet for a good sleep. Only 20-30 mins to the snow, with a car. In a good position within the town as well. Will stay again.

“think rooms were all the same quality, five on each of the three floors with the family living on the fourth floor, so no long corridors to walk all serviced by a lift and stairs, i know there is a room with bunk beds so if these would not suit you let them know when booking we did and were told they tend to keep them for families.”
