We were five of us. Everything was fine. Simple but clean. If you want to use the kitchenette they'll give you saucepans, kettle and other necessary articles as they're not provided automatically. Staff pleasant and helpful. Parking provided. Short ten minutes walk to centre for sanctuary, grotto etc.

Quiet place and perfect for a family . Best way to relax your mind and your soul. The Hotel is good and is not so far from La Grote . At list one time in your life it's good to visit this place, fresh air , mountain , river and a good place to pray to God.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is close to everything, very easy to access sanctuary and other sights. Staff were very accomodating and had great customer service. Would definitely come here again.

Accommodation options in Lourdes are wide and varied. We were only staying for a night so didn't want to be too fussy. We looked at a range of options and chose Residence Le Soleil because of the price on offer and the room layout (we needed two beds). It is nothing spectacular or particularly memorable, but it was comfortable and...

An acceptable place to stay if you're not looking for anything fancy. A pleasant 10-min walk to the sanctuary. Breakfast was of cold cut meat, pastries, coffee, tea; nothing fancy there either. Our room was pretty warm throughout our stay, somehow the thermostat didn't work to cool it down.

I booked a week at this establishment for around £200.00. When I arrived I was delighted to discover that I had been allocated a decent quality, clean, studio apartment with room for 5 people (1 double, 1 single, 1 set of bunk beds). I certainly wouldn't have liked to have been sharing with so many people but the room was...

We knew we were booking very reasonably priced accommodation however I can't believe that this hotel, affordable as the price was, provided a really uncomfortable double bed made up with 4 single bed sheets put across the bed and blankets that were threadbare in places. The towels in the bathroom were very thin too. Thus saying here are the positives...

Staff is very accommodating . Our train arrived very late( rail workers strike) and they left instructions on how to get inside hotel. Complained about room and they gave us a better room. Breakfast is fair. Wifi is good. Good value for money. Will stay there again.

wonderful staff, helpful, close to the Grotto, room with enough beds for the family of 5. Rooms were warm and cooking facilities were there. we felt safe and looked after. it was worth the money and were told that summer booking will be only 10% extra. will definitely book in the same hotel.

When you book ask for a room with a view otherwise you will look into the back of a building or onto the roof. Rooms are small - depending on which one you get there is no place to sit and eat. Beds were fine but the blankets were terrible. clean towels every day which is great although the towels...
