Overall pleased with the hotel, it's a great central location and the room was large with a nice balcony which doesn't have enough room to sit on but is nice to stand and look out from. The bathroom was very nice, good shower, plenty of towels. The hotel staff were friendly, offered to store luggage, let us check in early...

The hotel is very close to the basilica - only 5 minutes walk. Rooms are clean but when it comes to breakfast, it leaves a lot to be desires......literally :-( They only service a croissant plus a 10 centimetre piece of a bread-roll in addition to the tea or coffee!!!!! Another disappointment is the fact that non one speaks English...

We stayed in the Saint Etienne from the 27th May until the 3rd June 2016. We could not have had a better time if we'd tried. The rooms were perfect, the staff could not have been more helpful, the food was very, very good. The price is perfect too. The hotel is situated about 300 metres from the entrance (Saint...

When I arrived in the hotel, the guy in the night shift could not speak a word English, but luckily he understood Spanish. If you use car navigator to find the...

Good location of the hotel. Very near to the train station and the Grotto. 12 minutes by coach from Tarbes Airport. People in the Hotel are polite and helpful. Clean and tidy. Many restaurants around and when you go up to the Town Hall, there is a big Supermarket as well.

We stay here most years, depending on whether David has availability. He and his team are always polite. When he's not there, Vanya greets you with a friendly smile and good English. Fred will serve you with a reasonable Continental breakfast - if you're in luck, he may even have corn flakes in the dispenser! - and Yve will let...

We stayed in this hotel during the summer for 1 week. When we arrived check-in was fast and we were put on the top floor and the view from our room was very nice, over-looking the street and hills around. The other room was a view of a building and not much else. Noise could be reduced to a minimum...

Visited the mtb world cup and stayed at this great hotel. Centrally located with good friendly staff and close to many good restaurants and tourist attractions. Breakfast was a cheap option if you didn't want to eat out.
