We had to rebook our stay near Toulouse, as the first place we chose had no restaurants open on Sunday evening!! This place was fine, easy walking distance from the centre and good value with parking and WiFi.

its quite a distance from the train station but plenty of public transport, expect to walk for at least 5 minutes from a bus stop to the hotel. We managed to get to the shops etc in a 10 minute walk along the canal and river... More
