Pros: Good location (but there are plenty other hotels close by). Cons: Very small rooms, No tea or coffee in rooms. Dirty, smelly hotel. The staff is absolutely terrible (with the exception of Crystal & Benoit - they were the only two staff that made me feel welcome and not a burden). Two of the women at the front desk... More

Stayed here for three nights whilst on a business trip. My room was clean, and cleaned every day. Bed was fine, view over marina was nice, shower decent. Breakfast ok, quite limited, never tried restaurant for evening meal. It is a 2 star hotel, don't let that put you off. Hotel staff could converse adequately in English, I had no... More

Most of the staff has poor English skills. So messages about general information will only be written in French. Hotel is clean, but quite worn down. So rating is 2.5 stars, I'm nice Carpets floor, so maybe not the best place for people with allergy. Doors are a bit lose so the towel to keep them shut is smart to... More

Rooms in the hotel are clean. Equipment is not always working well. Taking a shower required some patience as switching over from bath to shower head was difficult. Apparently check by technical staff of hotel lacking at times. Restaurant not used but mainly good based on comments others. Price of hotel is reasonable and good beds and rooms were quiet... More

We stayed for 1 night before getting the ferry back to the UK the next morning. Hotel is very much outdated, but it was perfectly clean. Not having AC on a hot day/night was very tiring. Receptionist was very friendly, however I did not like the fact we were given wrong keys after coming back from a walk. We basically... More

This was the last hotel after a long trip from the south west of France over a three day period. I wasn't sure of the area at first but after a quick walk we changed our minds. There are restaurants, cafes and pubs all around as well as the Maritime museum and a three master ship, university buildings and the... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel this weekend. We paid the fully inclusive price, in advance, using Expedia. Shortly after arrival, we were asked by the Receptionist how much we had paid Expedia. Although surprised by the question, we told her, and we confirmed that this price included breakfast. On leaving the hotel, we dropped the key off... More

I stay at this Hotel when I'm working away sometimes, the Hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms are very big & very clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Great Location for the Dunkerque carnival or before you get the Ferry from Loon-Plage. All in all a good budget hotel and great value, very pleased with stay.

The hotel was a fairly short drive from the car-ferry and was easy to find, It's located on a quiet side street near the harbour with ample free parking spaces. It's just a few minutes walk from the town centre with many restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and fairly well furnished. The TV only... More
