Everything is just perfect at Poker, also during this very peculiar year, they were amazing even more than last year. Location is just beautiful with a crystal clear sea, hot but always windy enough to make you feel good. Personnel is lovely, from cleaning ladies, facility maintenance up to receptionist, bartenders, animation, and owners: a good and fair management is clearly and visibly spread around. You can feel positive energy, which will make your holidays just unforgettable.
A very special thanks goes to Max, Francesca and all the staff of the SUBSPHERA DIVING for their professional and kind approach to diving, where also my youngest kiddo 10 years old could take his first diving license last year. I state that I was in Bungalow. It was new and really nice, The common areas are neat and clean, Entertainment present but not intrusive, really good takeaway service of the restaurant with home delivery I do not give 5 stars because they can be improved:

More than a review, ours is a thank you... thanks to Poker for welcoming our dog despite being a 50kg Molosser without causing us any problems, thanks for being a truly pet friendly facility where you don't look at the weight, the height or the breed of a dog but trusts in the respect and education of the owner. Upon our arrival we found a very organized village for both children and animals, clean but above all managed by friendly and helpful people. They helped us organize meals for our 8 month old daughter without creating any problems but rather looking for a solution. For the daily cleaning of the room we were able to agree on a time so as not to find the dog in the room and allow the cleaners to take care of the room. We stayed in the India suite with half board; the room is really spacious with a large terrace, view of the pool, always spotless and the food is excellent. Obviously there are areas where animals are not allowed but I think it is fair in respect of all guests. The structure is large but not dispersive; it has 4 swimming pools, access to the sea and you can choose whether to stay in the sandy part or in the green area, an area in which animals can also access... the entertainment is made up of young kids but able to involve without ever being intrusive or insistent. Our room was a very dated two-room apartment, there is an absurd discrepancy between the new and the older ones, very bad for the money they ask to accommodate such two-room apartments. Another absurd thing was that no cleaning was ever done for a week, towels were never changed, toilet paper we found 3 rolls and once finished we had to pay for more. All very absurd and venal.
