This hotel is in the center of Bayeux, France All the eateries and shopping is in walking distance. Coming out of the hotel you walk through a quaint short tunnel to the main street. Bayeux has canals throughout the town. If you bought a tour to Omaha beach, you're in luck becaus

The Hotel Churchill is a wonderful little hotel that has all of charm. Yes it is older, but it has been maintained. There are tons of memorabilia and pictures on the walls from WWII. It really paints a picture of the significance of the town during the D-Day invasions. The bed wa

Myself and three friends stayed for two nights while we explored the region. Eric was charming and helpful and we really enjoyed chatting to him. Nothing was too much trouble and his eyes light up when he talks about history (which I loved). I would heartily recommend this hotel

Other reviews will tell you about the perfect location etc, that's how we discovered this gem of a hotel, but what we didn't expect was the welcoming attitude of the Hotel owner, Eric, who introduced us to some lovely restaurants, and one in particular Le Volet qui penche where a

An extremely clean well-maintained hotel. Upgraded modern bathroom. Great WW II theme. Very friendly and helpful owner and a very nice breakfast. We would definitely stay there again. The location in the very center of Bayeux was as good as it gets.

What is the closest car rental company to your hotel? Some of the trip advisor input suggest that rental cars are at a premium so we want to make sure that any reservation we make can be met by the rental car company.Thank you
Are pets permitted? Cost?
My wife has had two knee replacements. Is it possible to have a room that is handicapped accessible?
Dear Eileen M, We don't have elevator but we do have rooms on the main floor and rooms with handicapped accessibility. Best regards, Léa

What are the dimensions of the twin room and the twin room superior? Thank you.
Our room had a full/queen bed and was quite sizable in comparison to other euro hotel rooms.

We will be staying at the hotel 11/118-11/20. Because of our travel times and an all day D-day trip on 11/19, we are feeling that our only option to go to Mont St Michel is to rent a car. Will parking be a problem this time of year? Are there any other economical options for getting to St Michel? I checked with one private car company and it would be 4 times the cost of a rental car to hire a driver to take us there and back.
Hello from Churchill, No, it's the opposite this time of year parking is very easy compared to the summer time. You should ask for the tourism office to help as on trip advisor website we cannot give you links into the message. Why did not you email us directly? On google you can find our hotel website.
