Myself and three friends stayed for two nights while we explored the region. Eric was charming and helpful and we really enjoyed chatting to him. Nothing was too much trouble and his eyes light up when he talks about history (which I loved). I would heartily recommend this hotel

Dear Eileen M, We don't have elevator but we do have rooms on the main floor and rooms with handicapped accessibility. Best regards, Léa

Our room had a full/queen bed and was quite sizable in comparison to other euro hotel rooms.

Hello from Churchill, No, it's the opposite this time of year parking is very easy compared to the summer time. You should ask for the tourism office to help as on trip advisor website we cannot give you links into the message. Why did not you email us directly? On google you can find our hotel website.
