Spent two nights at the end of our holiday to the south coast of France. A beautiful French campsite, we would of liked to stay here longer. The pool is small but very nice, possibly the nicest view from a pool, the chateau. We didn't eat there but the bar area was nice with a good atmosphere. The pitch was...

This is a lovely campsite with excellent facilities though the pool is not the biggest though the kids loved it. It is in the grounds of a lovely chateaux that is also a hotel. There is a shop on the grounds, a lovely bar and tennis tables, pool tables etc. It is an easy drive to the Normandy beaches. We...

A great base for our first stay in Normandy. The long sweeping drive up to the Chateau was the first impression & it stayed positive throughout. Highly highly recommended for families & couples alike.

We camped here for a week on our first trip to France and what a fabulous time had by our young family. Pond fishing, nice swimming pool, free jump on/off pedal go-carts, occasional organised kids activities, nice tennis court, children's play area, badminton net, football and the best of all the lovely family-feel of the place, even with our busy...

My partner and I stayed here at the end of our French trip this year. We were supposed to camp but upgraded to the Chambre Rose in the main house. Wonderful weather, lovely pool, great shop and nice restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week at the site in our caravan, and were lucky to have a large pitch - some of the others seemed a bit small. The showers are modern and spotless. We didn't eat at the site. A bit remote if you expect to walk to find a bar/restaurant, but Bayeux isn't too far, and is a gorgeous...

We are not seasoned campers so don't have much to compare this with. We were given a pitch in the orchard behind the new toilet block which we were more than happy with. Pitches on the driveway didn't look great. We never had to queue for shower, toilet or wash basins even though the site was quite busy. Washing up...

Shame - but the management only interested in making the campsite more like a car park than a 4* campsite. Surprised as they seem to have plenty of land. If you plan on a one nighter its ok but any longer you will know more about your neighbours and their habits than you care. Not sure why it gets a...

We spent a week here at the start of our holiday to visit the D-Day beaches. It was a perfect location for this. The pitch we got was at the back of the chateau under trees which was perfect on the sunny days although the trees were a bit low. The toilet facilities at the rear of the shop/restaurant were...

the best campsite we stayed at in in France. Spacious pitches in the orchard. Lovely warm pool but unable to swim due to lots of kids. Clean facilities and a handy shop and bar. Part of the Castels and Camping group and the best so far.
