Nice room – large with a comfortable bed; good hot water. Good restaurant. Small balcony but pleasant. As is usual in France, you pay for the room and 2 can stay with no extra charge. There is an unusual glass sliding door between the bedroom and the bath room/hall which looked to be a real hazard, especially at night, as...

Even in low season, our room was over-priced, the bathroom was rudimentary with a leaking shower and a slippery bath. The breakfast (buffet) was quite expensive (17 euros), but fresh, with a good choice of French pastry, although the menu was always the same, no variety at all. The staff at the desk (I had the chance to observe them...

Large hotel with conference centre in pleasant grounds straddling the river just outside Deauville. The town centre and coast is a fair walk. Room was a decent size but with some oddities - no proper chair making it difficult to work, inadequate wifi, and an overbath shower attachment.

A hotel located on an industrial estate miles from anywhere apart from a Mcdonalds. It has all the character of a vacuumless convention centre without the people, the food and drinks are overpriced and staff are rude and unhelpful. One of the staff I spoke to said it was always quite even in the busiest times of the year, now...

This is a very pleasant, well appointed hotel on the outskirts of Deauville. There is plenty of - free - parking space, , two shopping malls close by. The staff is very helpful (they helped me find a hardresser on a Monday morning, no mean feat) the breakfast room is sunny and airy, there is free internet in the lobby...

Pound for pound (or Euro for Euro) this is the worst hotel I have booked. Drab, soulless, over-priced, poorly located (taxi reqd to get anywhere in Deauville Centre) and demotivated staff. I did not think it was possible for any establishment in France to produce a bad cup of coffee, but this one did, and it formed part of a...

While the renovations didn't create noise for us, it did create a maze to follow to get in/out of the place. Doors that one would think would be open (off the dinining rooms) weren't. I don't recall seeing a sign that said when the revonvations would be compelted so if important ask. Giant rooms compared to other European hotels we've...

The Amiraute is fine for a stopover has all the amenities and a nice clean pool. Spacious area and parking. Clean bedroom with mini bar, large bathroom, separate WC. Used as a one night stopover. Didnt eat there. Visit deauville for a nice walk and to see some nice houses. Clean little town.

We (couple + 2 children, 1 and 3) went to stay for the weekend, tried to get two rooms, and were offered a jacuzzi "suite" at 242 € per night. We found out that the "suite" was in fact a room with a double bed + sofa just next to it (forget watching TV or anything besides sleeping when kids...

We have been staying with our family (i.e. 2 adults, 1 teenager and 2 babies) for 4 days at the hotel l'Amirauté and - although the very bad weather - we all enjoyed it very much. We got a family suite with jacuzzi for a nice price. The staff is very friendly, the food is very good and the facilities...
