We absolutely loved La Cerisaie! From the moment we arrived we felt so at home. Veronique is a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful. I am vegan and she went out specially to buy soya milk for the delicious breakfast pancakes! The house is beautifully decorated with lovely furniture and comfortable beds our room had a spacious lounge and big...

This B&B is also advertised as "La maison de la plage". It is a charming house in Normandy where you will get a very warm welcome. We were waiting for in the very comfortable sitting room with wood stove. Tea was offered to us and Veronique borrowed us a guidebook of the area and gave us precious advice about the...

We arrived in Honfleur without accommodation and after the tourist information office had closed. La Cerisaie was perfect, safe off road parking, a short trip into Honfleur and an absolute delight to stay in. We had a large self contained area; bathroom, toilet and large bedroom. The view across the estuary was interesting and a very peaceful night ensued. The...

La Cerisaie is located just outside Honfleur town itself on a countryside road, that follows the Seine estuary (maybe 30mn walk from town centre Vieux Bassin). The chambre d'hotes has a nice Normandy architecture charm with a welcoming hostess. We stayed a night in "A l'Ouest" room which was clean, quiet, decent size and well attended with anything you need...

Veronique & Olivier could not do more for us to make our stay comfortable & easy. They were so kind & welcoming. Olivier picked us up from the airport and also gave us a lift into Honfleur. Veronique also offered us her car to get to Deauville, which is 10kms away. The house is charming by the side of the...

Having passed through Honfleur on a previous trip (safe parking for a classic is tricky in central Honfleur) we decided to find a place on the outskirts within walking distance of the Old Dock from which to explore the town and surrounding areas. La Cerisaie was chosen as it had off road safe parking and yet only 2km from the...

Stayed for one night whilst visiting Honfleur. The B&B is terrific - everything that you'd want from a B&B; clean comfy rooms, tastefully decorated and a few lovely touches around the place. Veronique - the host - is very pleasant, the breakfast is typical French, with the bonus of home-made jams. It's a 2km walk into Honfleur and the mouth...

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and typical Norman House The views of the bay is truly relaxing, in a scenery that changes constantly. Drink our tea quietly admiring the storm of last Sunday was really a spectacle, to our cozy room. Next time, we'll plan minimum stay of 4 days to better enjoy the wonders of the...

We really enjoyed our visit to La Cerisaie, highlights were the wonderful homemade jams at breakfast - Sureau - elderberry made with berries picked nearby and the Apple Jelly with Calvados were favourites. We had the La Phare and L'Oeust rooms which were very comfortable and simply decorated. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the tea and coffee facility in the...

This is a very pleasant little B&B and one of the few B&Bs in France where we actually had the little extras that we assumed to be standard in B&Bs which is toiletries and glasses and drinking water. We stayed in the'Lighthouse' which is a very cute little room with a definite seaside feel as the name implies. We were...

“In my opinion it has to be Le Phare on top floor. The little balcony gives you a 180 degree view and the height reduces any daytime road noise. Very quiet road on an evening.”
