Great place this as a base for Honfleur. House is fantastic and breakfast in the courtyard in the morning first class, in terms of service, food and ambience. Highly recommended. One tip - no parking at the house, so plan in advance to avoid scraping your car on one of the tight town side streets.

La maison de Lucie is a charming small hotel in the highs of Honfleur but still walking distance from the harbour and town center. This hotel was made form the junction of 2 ancient houses providing plenty of living rooms as well as a bar. All those places are very well decorated each with its own style making the public...

We stayed at this hotel in April 2016 and were extremely impressed with everything about the place. Our accommodation was fine, but the overall experience of the common areas in the house, the graciousness and efficiency of the staff, and the food were all top notch. Hadjira was a gem, and made us feel very welcome, from arrival to departure....

We found La Maison de Lucie more by luck than choice. Complete value for money - if anything we'd have paid double the price. We'd certainly come back. Our room and ensuite was beautifully decorated. The small public rooms festooned with flowers and the courtyard where we had breakfast was reminiscent of a Cotswold cottage garden. The staff are attentive,...

We spent one night in this lovely small hotel in Honfleur. This is a great spot in a simply delightful town. The staff could not be more helpful. The only "problem" is the hotel does not have a lift. However, the staff is more than happy to bring your bags to the room. If you are into art, atmosphere and...

We were recommended by a friend to stay at la Maidon de Lucie. Turned out to be a nice pleasant stay. We got a room with many windows, sunny and bright. It is not spacious but nicely furnished. Everything was so near. Finding nice dinner just stepped away. My 13 km run along the coastal was beautiful. Host was lovely...

We stayed one night at this hotel during our visit to the Normandy beaches and surrounding areas. I wish we would've stayed at least a few more nights. Honfleurs was one of our favorite little towns in France, and this hotel is truly special. It is beautiful, clean, stylish, and makes you feel very welcome. The rooms are large, and...

We spent two nights in this very lovely hotel. Honfleur itself is a small, atmospheric, seaside (actually, where the Seine meets the English Channel) town in Normandy, adjacent to Le Harve. The hotel would be described as "quaint" if it were in the US--a lovely older mansion, with a courtyard and indoor sitting areas in quiet rooms on the first...

We stayed two nights at Maison de Lucie and how we wished we could have stayed longer. The minute we walked through the door and met Francois, we knew this was a wonderful place. The house is stunning and beautifully decorated. As you step into the courtyard, you feel transported into a different era. There are fresh flowers everywhere, and...

We leave tomorrow after three nights at Maison de Lucie and are very sad at the prospect. This "hotel" is absolutely stunning in every way. The courtyard, the lounge and salon, bar, and our bedroom are absolutely beautiful. The decor, the antique furniture, the fresh flowers everywhere, the relaxing music and the faultless cheerful service make this a home to...
