We stayed at the Hare & Hounds for 2 nights. We arrived a bit late and were warmly greeted by Harriet. She had already turned on the heater in the room so that we would not be greeted by a cold room. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for clothes storage and luggage. The bathroom...

A lovely B&B just outside Rye with two lovely eating establishments within walking distance. The room was a very good size with lovely decor. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Rye is a pleasant 45 minute walk away through the country or 5 minute drive. A most enjoyable stay, we will definitely be back.

The place is very good for relax. They cook traditional English breakfast which is very delicious. The rooms are nice and cosy, with all the needed stuff in them. What I liked the most is that they have prepared a book for their visitors in which you can find all the needed information about the hotel, local area and Rye...

An excellent B&B with a very welcoming host. Very clean rooms and a nice breakfast - would stay again. The surroundings are nice for a quiet nights rest - close enough to Rye but not walkable for the average person.
