I suppose this hotel could be described as "quirky" as there are some endearing qualities to it. These would be the location, the courtyard and the breakfast, which is really good. However after that it falls apart certainly as far as the room I booked which was a standard double at 85 Euros. The room is ridiculously small with no...

The location is excellent for a walking tourist. It's a little far from the train station but it's possible walking distance if you are traveling light and have a good sense of direction. Probably better to take a taxi at 7E. Very close to the main cathedral and the new Joan of Arc Museum and very near a walking area...

Basic city centre hotel/ boarding house , room was functional but a bit tired . We had to keep the window open all night because of very strong smell of cigarettes, the place basically shuts at 9pm so you have your own front door key to get in, nearest parking is 100 meters away in a public car park. No...

Had a nice stay here, excellent location for exploring the medieval part of city. Difficult place to find and had to park in public car park a fair walk away. Good bits were the location and fantastic breakfast buffet! Negatives were the plumbing (noisy) and lack of soundproofing. Did not bother us too much however and would return.

We had a very nice stay (3 nights). It is true that the hotel has no A/C and the walls are thin. Nevertheless, our stay there was enjoyable. We had a nice breakfast every morning usually accompanied by Tigre the hotel cat. We are cat lovers so viewed her as an asset. The staff were courteous but it does help to...

Good central location just around the corner from the Cathedral and restaurants etc. It's a creaky old building and you have to make allowances for that, the stairs were uneven and the lift was a bit small. The rooms were clean but not exactly luxurious, needs a bit of influence from an interior designer to make the best of what...

This hotel is in the ancient historic center of Rouen, near the great cathedral, very conveniently located, easy to reach by car except for the last few feet as the hotel is on a pedestrianized street. Not to worry as it is possible to park briefly on the street and public parking is near. The rooms are located on two...

Nice small hotel in the middle of the town, simple but clean, rooms ok and quite, breakfast good. Restaurants are nearby and easy to reach walking. The only thing is that the hotel has no parking, but there are public parkings not too far away. This was my second stay and I will come back

I had a reservation booked here but whilst on route we heard of the unfolding terrorist attack unfolding in Rouen. I contacted the hotel who relied with "if you want to cancel you have to do it through booking.com" On doing so I was charged the full amount of the one night stay. I have never received any further replied...

We stopped in Rouen for two nights to break up the journey on a family holiday through France. The hotel has a great location and is attractive from the outside, slightly shabby inside. Very helpful and friendly staff. It was meant to be a cheap couple of nights but worked out to be an e pensive few days. We where...
