Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, they allowed us to do an early check-in and they were always there to help. The room was small, but nice, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the city center and fairly close to the bus and train stations. The breakfast is OK, but it could be improved a...

My friend and I stayed at the Comfort Hotel for five nights during Sept. Yes, it is a little dated but we found it to be very clean with comfortable beds. The water was always hot and the bathroom contained a shower that you did not need a degree in enginering to work (a big plus) There is tea coffee...

The property is in a great location, within walking distance to everything Rouen has to offer. There is a relatively large parking lot and parkade very close to the property, which cost 13 euro a day at the time of writing. The property itself is very dated. The carpet needs to be replaced, the furniture is worn (though the mattress...

The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful - they were lovely. The hotel is well placed near the historic parts of Rouen and is in easy walking distance of the cathedral, Rue du Gros Horloge and shops and restaurants and the Seine. The hotel itself however is very "tired" and badly in need of some renovations....

Decent room, nice shower. Stairs are a bit steep. Downtown location is perfect for exploring the city, particularly the cathedral. There are surprisingly youngish restaurants within walking distance and breakfast places are easy to find.

Stayed one night. The room is small but clean. Bathroom facilities are rather old but in good working conditions. Towels are old and grey but clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Very good breakfast with fresh orange and grapefruit juice that you make by yourself. Good value for the price, but that's an average hotel for 1-2 nights stay. Europcar...

Great location close to old town and cathedral. Easy access by car with some paid parking and street parking options around the property. Nothing fancy, but as a late night quick pick it server us more than well! Nice staff!

It's a truism that in hotel accommodation you get what you pay for! 2 star accommodation is just that'! On arrival at check in, was friendly enough- little English was spoken, but that's not a criticism, and our room on the 4th floor was allocated. Ah,, no lift ! The thought of 71 steps to our room was significantly daunting...

Myself and some friends stopped here on our way back from a biking holiday in South of France, its easy to find as its near the Cathederal, our room gaves us a stunning view of the Cathederal and its less than a 5 min walk to the Seinne river very pretty, then a few minutes walk brings you to loads...

We looked for an hotel close to the Cathedral and brother did this hotel deliver on that score. It is centrally located with a large car park - the Cathedral car park - adjacent to it. The rooms are adequate for a short stay and come with en suite facilities. When we stayed there was no hot water as the...
