HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We stayed here for one night last Friday. The room is spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location with the Jardin des Plantes behind it, an exposition hall next door and it is only about a ten-minute walk into the main square of Angers. On Saturday there was a market selling fresh food across from the hotel. We will...

Nice friendly staff, the room was spacious and comfortable but could use a refurb. Handy location to walk around Anger and right next to the convention centre. Wifi was pretty good. Breakfast was superb , lovely restaurant staff.

Friendly staff, excellent sized rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant breakfast and dinner very reasonably priced. Situated next to a shopping mall and close to freeway access points. Great starting point for day trips to chateaux and wineries.

This is a pleasant hotel with parking, conveniently located next to the city park and a short walk to the city centre. Service was fine. The restaurant, which overlooks the garden, was OK although the menu was somewhat limited.

We spent one night at this hotel. Arrived late after driving from Paris. Check in was smooth, professional, efficient but very cold. We were given a 'renovated room' on the 1st floor overlooking the front street and roundabout. Was told no other garden facing rooms were available. The room was a decent size with a clean bathroom. There was a...

This hotel looks over the city park. Our welcome on arrival was enthusiastic & I was given directions on where to park my car under the hotel from another street. We could watch the swans swimming as we had breakfast each morning. The park is well maintained & pleasant to wander around. The Chateau Angers is about 1 K walking distance from...

First stay here at this hotel despite visiting Angers on many occasions. Nice location & easy walk to restaurants & bars. Lovely friendly greeting by hotel reception who were extremely helpful. Lovely modern, largish room & comfy bed. Bathroom OK not so new compared to the actual sleeping area but clean. Good breakfast choices. Quick & efficient checkout.

I stayed with my younger son for a family event in a Chateau nearby. The room was clean bright and pretty well laid out. The reception staff were extremely helpful. I did not eat in the restaurant, personally, but my sister did, she reported that the food was good if a little expensive. I would have liked slightly more lounge...

I really liked this town. we didn't know what to expect, but the more you explore, the more you get to see (off the beaten track and tourist route). Pop into the old town, and look at the stunning architecture and really well preserved sense of history. it has a nice relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and you can see that...

Within easy walking distance of the city centre, useful underground car park. Not too noisy. However, at the weekend there is not always restaurant or bar service, so be prepared to go out. The rooms are small but smart. The staff are very helpful.
