We arrived via train and the hotel is located within walking distance. The town is small so all the sights were nearby. We had no trouble checking in and the people at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Like many European rooms, it was small but large enough for the two of us.... The Belevedere is centrally located within easy walking distance of the main touristy sights and lots of cafes/restos. We stayed for two days as part of a longer cycling trip in Provence and Languedoc. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, ensuring our bikes were safely stored in the evenings and giving us tips for nearby restos to refuel after... More

Thank you Frédéric and staff for your hospitality and friendliness during our overnight stay. Very good breakfast! Frédéric gave us excellent information regarding free parking, restaurants etc. We were right in the middle of Arles, close to everything and, in a little square that housed many restaurants at reasonable prices. One drawback....the 2 flights of stairs to get to our... More

Was on a short stay in Arles and booked at Le Belvedere. Very friendly staff on my arrival, they gave me immediately wifi code, a city map and all useful informations. They allowed me to park my bike in front of the entrance.Room was clean and nice, maybe a bit small, but that was not a problem. Good breakfast too,... More

Le Belvedere is located in the Place Voltaire and is easy to find. The room was a fine size for the two of us. There was a nice little bathroom with a shower. It's small but not as small as some Paris rooms. The staff was very friendly and they offer breakfast if you want it. The forced exercise bit... More

We booked a night at Hotel le Belvedere through booking.com. When we checked in they had trouble finding our booking at first but then managed to book us in. We were put in a room directly behind reception. It resembled a broom cupboard more than anything else! The room looked nothing like the photos and was cramped and dark and... More

The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly. Take the breakfast deal, good value and delicious. Walking distance from the train and bus station and many of the wonderful historical sights of this little known gem. Be aware that not all local tours operate in the winter season. Stores and museums close at lunch... More

We only stayed 2 nights to visit Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and the Gorge du Verdon. The location of this hotel is right in the village. I notice some of the hotels are further down the road and I wouldn't of fancied walking up there at night. Although lovely the village is really small so I wouldn't stay longer than 2 nights. The... A welcome surprise in Arles, I unfortunately only found this hotel on my last of three nights! Small hotel with welcoming staff, well proportioned air conditioned room with private balcony and modern shower room. Buffet breakfast was great and could be enjoyed out in the square. Very close to all tourist attractions, would love to go back.

Pretty good value for the money considering how expensive hotels within the city can get during peak vacation periods. Clean rooms, friendly host upon check-in. As everybody mentions, there's no elevator so pack lightly! Showers have just a little shampoo/body wash combo bottle... So if you're picky bring your own. There's a public parking just around the corner of the... More
