I cannot believe I paid over $ 200 foe on night to be in a room I consider almost bare of furnishing. What there is here appears cheap. I believe I was vastly overcharged for a room I think is horrible. To me the staff was surly. Good grief. I will never be here again In fact I have prepaid...

Dear Guest, I want to retrace some elements concerning your recent stay in Arles. You travelled as a single person and made three reservations on 3 different web sites : Booking.com Expedia and Agoda. First night you reserved a double room the second stay a quadruple room and the third stay a triple room. Upon your first stay, upon arrival...

Lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location opposite the ruins of the Roman Theatre and the Arena (bullfighting or opera, the choice is yours!). Bedrooms decorated Provence-style, and a lovely secluded courtyard garden - the restaurant is next to it so you can eat in or out. There is a heated indoor pool on a lower level with views out...

Thank you so very much for your 5 star comment. Our interior "pool" as you mention is really a very large jaccuzzi that can fit 10 people . No swimming but relaxation ! One little detail that we need to add is the fact that the Baths area is reserved only for adults +18years of age. Again thank you and...

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. In walking distance of all old town Arles. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and unlimited coffee. The courtyard is enjoyable. Our room was spacious, with a king size bed, and had a nice balcony overlooking the Roman theater. The 2000 year old Roman arena was right around the corner.

Staff was very friendly. Spa(hot tub) had to be booked in advance.. was a little disappointing as it was not very hot. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good but was traditional french breakfast. Was directly beside the amphitheatre and arena. Our room had a balcony that looked directly at the arena which was very beautiful. Overall our stay was nice.

Thank you for your comment on Trip Advisor. The "baths" area do have to be booked in advance as onlu 10-+12 people can use the facilities at the same time. Again the area is mixed men women at the same time and only available for guests +18 years. Generally people reserve for a one hour timetable. The hours available are...

Read my other reviews. The ones so far published are lukewarm in their praise compared to what I am about to write! Oh, and I really dislike reviews with lots of exclamation marks. But, reader, this place is truly outstanding. From the front-desk multi-lingual welcome, with clear explanations and a guided tour of ALL of the guest facilities to the...

The hotel is very charming and the staff very accommodating. One can choose the level of your breakfast which - if you're not a big breakfast person - you can still have a croissant & coffee. We had 2 rooms, which we could close off with an outer door. Close to everything, and if you need transportation, the Navette stops...
