We recently spent 17 days in France and stayed at 5 different b&bs. This was our favourite by far. It is a little difficult to find and I would definitely recommend having a GPS and arriving for your first time before it gets dark. There are lots of signs but they are not easy to see at night. The building...

The stay with Paco and Francoise kicked off our vacation in Southern France this year and we could not have found a better place. Everything has been and is done here with so much love – the quaint rooms full of antiques and family treasures, the big park with the herbs and ancient trees, and breakfast with the hosts (they...

We stayed here 4 nights in winter of 2011 during our 10 day tour of Provence and this was our absolute favourite place to stay. The location is just outside Avignon but nicely tucked away in a remote lane so that it's very quiet and private. You'll do well to have a car. The rooms were very charmingly and tastefully...

We went to Avignon on april 2012, we didn't know if stay in the center of Avignon or going to "Domaine de Rhodes" that is a few kilometers away from the city. This place is in the island of Barthelasse, a very beautiful, green and quiet place. Finally we decided to stay at the Domaine. The choice could not be...

We spent two nights here at the beginning of August and only regret having not booked a longer stay. Located on the island across from Avignon and pleasantly secluded, this manor house sits on a large property with a swimming pool, large old sycamores, areas for sitting or lounging, and a chorus of crickets which made us think of warm...

Everything about this place is exceptional. Hence our return to stay for two weeks. Francoise and Paco are the perfect hosts and have created such a beautiful place to stay. We have stayed in the self catering cottage and in the house and both are outstanding. We cannot fault it and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Spent 2 absolutely fabulous days at Domaine de Rhodes in May, what a wonderful place to stay. Francoise & Paco are fantastic hosts and create a relaxing atmosphere for their guests. The breakfast is excellent but it is the table settings that make the experience unique. In fact everything about Domaine de Rhodes is unique.

We stayed here for four nights in late June at the beginning of our trip to Provence and the Riviera. It was by far the best place we stayed - for all the reasons everyone else has explained. Francoise and Paco were exceptional hosts and it was an added bonus that they sat with everyone at breakfast each morning. We...

We immensely enjoyed our 5 day stay in this guesthouse just outside of Avignon.  Really, we have to say that there was nothing we could fault, from the delightful owners, Francoise and Paco, to the beautifully appointed bedroom and common areas.  The owners have done a wonderful job of decorating the property with antiques, paintings, rugs and furniture of a...

There's not enough room in this review to say how wonderful our stay was. Francoise and Paco are incredibly special people. We stayed 5 nights, and wanted to move in for good. We met several lovely guests at breakfast in the morning and sometimes for wine in the evening. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh coffee, fruit, cheeses (amazing goat...
