We spent five nights with Francoise and Paco and they could not have done anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. The location of the property is perfect – when you walk around the old town of Avignon and see the parking situation, it is with an enormous relief that you realise you have picked the best location. Only...

A big thank you to Francoise and Paco for a very perfect last week of our 4 month trek across Europe. The house is everything that you could ask for, from beautiful rooms, to a lovely library/living room, a large dining room and the grounds are so inviting. We stayed in a room in the main house and it was...

We spent a delightful week at Domaine De Rhodes in October. We stayed in one of the little cottages. They are more simply furnished than the rooms in the house, but offer a little kitchen which is nice for light evening meals. There is only one restaurant on the island and we usually didn't want to drive far at night....

We spent the first four nights of our honeymoon at Domaine de Rhodes...and are already planning a trip back for a future anniversary. We can't say enough about this beautiful, serene, welcoming oasis. From the first moment that we pulled up in the gravel drive, we felt that we'd stumbled upon a hidden gem -- and every minute we spent...

This is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in one of the little cottages which are très cute but we had breakfast in the house. Breakfast is a wonderfully simple affair, lovely breads, jams, pastries - a really relaxed atmosphere with lots of chat with Paco, Francoise and the other guests. The grounds are just fabulous and make for...

Really amazing 400 year old Chateau. Great rooms, sitting rooms, dining room-all country style comfy. Breakfast were excellent. Only sorry I wasn't there during warm weather to use the pool.

We stayed here in September for 2 nights. Do not be fooled by the location - it was only 5/10 mins by taxi into the centre of Avignon. In exchange you stay in a fabulous old shooting lodge in substantial grounds with a lovely swimming pool to cool down in at the end of the day. The building has loads...

This B&B is in an old elegant house in a country setting, and is just across the bridge from Avignon. It was very nice to stay outside the city and be able drive into the city and park at a parking deck within easy walking distance of all the sights. The innkeepers speak English.

My wife and I just spent 3 gorgeous days in Avignon at the Domaine de Rhodes B&B. It's a beautiful place, quiet, clean and the owners Francoise and Paco are extremely warm and friendly, they made us feel at home! We awoke every morning to a tasty breakfast of croissants, local jams and jellies, yogurt and freshly made French pressed...

First off, as with real estate, location, location, location. You will be staying in the middle of orchards and olive groves within a bicycle ride of downtown Avignon. So you can enjoy all the attributes the big town has to offer and sleep very comfortably in quite, safe, peace every night. This is nearly the perfect location for easy access...
