    Good.

    Perfect location with great view to the sea and Palace de Festivals (if you have room with "sea view"), interesting original old-style interior. Breakfasts on terrace are charming. And by the way - one of the nicest buildings in Cannes.

    Location, Location, Location!

    Couldn't be more conveniently located to all of the restaurants and bars and what an amazing view we had from our 2 balcony's facing the water! Staff was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was also impressive. Can't complain about the price either....More

    No in the rooms you can smoke there are ashtray on the table in the room and in the bath room... that's why the rooms are smelly....
