We stayed in The Cavendish on recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed! The hotel is small, beautifully French, and the staff are extremely friendly. We were walking distance from the shops, beach and cafes. If you stay we would recommend an upgrade to one of The Rotunda rooms which are very special and have a large balcony...

We are "regulars" in that we stay here almost every year. We do this because it is consistently excellent. It is a beautiful old Cannes building in which everything works, from the vintage lift to the way the staff look after their guests. All the best things about a very well run hotel are evident at Le Cavendish and we...

The outside and inside of this hotel is very charming. On arrival we were greeted in a warm welcoming manner and offered refreshments while checking in.We had a superior room with large comfortable bed and pillows,it was clean light and tastefully decorated with doors that went out on to a balcony overlooking the streets. There were electric shutters to the French doors...

This hotel is fabulous, but the real asset is the staff. Special thanks to Emma, Rolf and the lady with the big smile who greets you at breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. Can think of no negatives when reviewing Le Cavendish, but could write a book on the positives. Thanks for a wonderful second stay Paul and Anne

Dear Anne , Many thanks for your nice comment . We are doing our best to welcome guests like friends at home and I am so happy we succeed day after day. The lady "with the big smile" is Veronique : she is the one baking homemade croissants and cakes, preparing buffet breakfast and welcoming guests from 7 am till...

This hotel really ticks all the boxes. From a really warm & friendly arrival from Emma on reception. Through to a clean and comfortable room and finishing with an evening being extremely well looked after by Reider in the lounge. The free bar from 6pm to 9pm makes for an enjoyable relaxed evening. The walk down to the seafront only...

Le Cavendish sits majestically on Boulevad Carnot Look up and note the beautiful turret on the approach to the boulevard baring the name Le Cavendish. This hotel is everything I expected. Very carefully and lovingly restored by the owners the hotel is reminiscence of a bygone era, with Carrara marble stairways and a quaint 1920's lift. Complimentary drinks are served...

This is our second visit to Le Cavendish and it is still our favorite hotel in France… Excellent hospitality, great location, lovely breakfast, fluffy towels, comfortable beds, fridge with complimentary cold water, free bar 6 - 9pm - the list goes on. Why would we stay anywhere else???

My husband and I have just returned from a one week stay at this hotel. It had been recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there twice before. We were not disappointed as it is a lovely old hotel with lots of character. The antique lift makes it more charming and it's well serviced and reliable. The hotel...

Loved this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Bar from 6pm - 9pm with nibbles and drinks was excellent. Access to private beach was wonderful - spent almost three days there, including check out day. Loved that they had a shower available to use after the beach even though we'd checked out. Breakfast was delicious and they...
