I was a solo female traveller looking for somewhere clean and convenient where I would feel comfortable and safe. I initially chose this hotel based on the tripadvisor review of a mother and daughter who had stayed here previously. They were so thoroughly enthusiastic about the thoughtfulness of the owners and the quality of the hotel, and I now echo...

If your attending a conference in Cannes, this is an absolutely excellent hotel solution. The rooms have everything you need and are fresh and spotlessly clean. The hosts Annelis and Fritz are extremely friendly and service minded. The other positive reviews don't lie this is a little gem.

We booked this hotel using booking.com based on the reviews as I heard a hotel in South of France could be a hit and miss. We wanted something good and the reviews did not disappoint; this hotel ended up being really good. The hotel is nice and simple, and is situated in the heart of Cannes. The owners, who were...

We booked this hotel having read TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed! Fritz and Annelis were delightful and very attentive hosts looking after our every need and being especially helpful with my elderly mother who was travelling with us. We knew the stairs would be a challenge for her but Fritz offered lots of help and she managed well. The...

Every year I spend ten days at the Hotel des Allees. The owner managers are like family friends for me. The establishment is extremely well run and very well situated near the old port of Cannes. Rooms are impeccably clean, breakfasts are always served with good humour and little extra treats of fruit salad or special muesli are regularly on...

My daughter is a college student studying abroad for 10 weeks. She and a fellow student decided to spend a long weekend in Cannes. Selecting a hotel when you have zero familiarity with an area can be a daunting task. Tripadvisor was a godsend. After thoroughly studying reviews, it was decided that Hotel des Allees was THE way to go....

We just spent the weekend in Cannes and stayed at Hotel des Allees. The hotel is ideally located, very very clean and fresh. But the best part of the stay were the owners, Fritz and Annelis. They were so friendly and very helpful, from waiting in the rain to help us with parking our car, carrying our luggage, and making...

A small hotel with small rooms. However, it is wonderfully quiet, safe and clean. Proprietors are welcoming and very accommodating, an excellent plus. Since you will be in room mostly for sleep, it is ideal. Good WiFi. Central location close to everything is a real plus. If you have a car you can buy a longer than daily in/out pass...

After 17 consecutive editions of the Cannes Lions festival I have experienced many different hotels in Cannes. Hôtel des Allées, run by a Swiss couple, is my favourite. Because of the excellent service that Annelis and Fritz give. They make you feel at home. The rooms are very comfortable and kept clean. The breakfast is delicious, thanks to the daily...
