Our hosts were excellent. We enjoyed breakfast on the outside terrace with a view of Eze and the Mediterranean sea. Wonderful views from our room and very quiet. Enjoyed our walks up and down the Grande Corniche and the drive was spectacular. They also had a list of excellent restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended.

As with any scenic panorama it is best to view from up high and Domaine Pins Paul has both the perfect vantage point and character of Côte d'Azur chic. Have a car and know at least a little French and this B&B is the stuff of dreams. We have traveled throughout Europe for now our twentieth year and our room...

Spent 4 nights at this simply marvelous B&b . Perched up at a very scenic height giving you a stupendous view of the Eze village - at night it appears that you are in a galaxy. Lovely large balcony, sumptuous breakfast, tastefully done large rooms, walk in bathroom. Now for the most important part- the hosts Philippe and Marie- so...

My wife and I traveled to Eze August, 2013 (3 nights) and found Domaine Pins Paul well-reviewed in a travel book. The description in the guide book pales in comparison to the idyllic reality that is Philippe and Marie Josee's bed and breakfast. We had such a pleasurable experience, we went back for a longer stay in July of 2015...

Magnificent view of Eze and the coast. I don't think you could find better. Phillippe gave us great directions to the property which avoided the road closure past La Turbie. He speaks English well and he and his charming wife were great hosts. The rooms were excellent as was the breakfast. We happened to be there on the final day...

The view from the balcony while having breakfast was sensational, and the hosts were very helpful. Phillippe told us the Paris Nice cycling race was finishing in Nice that day, and would be on the Col d'Èze twice. As a cycling fan this was an unexpected bonus. He even drove us to where he suggested we watch the race come...

My husband and I stayed here in July of 2015 and loved everything about Domaine Pins Paul. We stayed in the Fuon Roussa room, it was a little small but it didn't bother us at all - the french doors opening onto a balcony with 180 degree sea views helped! The room was decorated with antique french furniture which made...

We stayed for a night in Fuon Roussa and enjoyed it very much. We were without a car, which made life more difficult but host Philipe did everything in his power to help us overcome this rather significant obstacle. We travelled by bus from Beaulieu sur Mer (#83, from Plage Beaulieu) up to Col d'Eze, and then had an easy...

My husband and I stayed here for six nights in late September and were absolutely smitten! We had spent a wonderful week in Corsica before arriving at the Domaine Pins Paul and did not honestly believe that anything could surpass our experiences there. In fact, I know both places (Corsica and the Cote d’Azur) well and believed in my heart-of-hearts...

I stayed here as a single traveller in June 2015. It is hard to improve on the favourable reviews already expressed here; this a lovely, peaceful, quirky place with extensive - although steep - gardens, elegant rooms, and a fantastic breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and Eze. It is peaceful, also, at night; I didn't hear any other...
