Me and my wife arrived late to the hotel which is located in a centre of Eze. It was closed but clear and easy instructions how to get inside were given by phone. Very clean and cozy room, not high standards but exactly what we were expected.

We stayed in Eze for the Monaco Grand Prix & could not have been happier with our choice of location - it is a beautiful village and easy to get in and out of Monte Carlo. The hotel is very convenient for the village & all transport & restaurants. It is quite basic as far as facilities go but that...

Great localisation, comfy beds, hot shower, decent price! All you can require from hotel like that. Nice and helpful landlady (helped us to checkin after hours, which were clearly marked in the reservation email, but we still missed them). Short walk up to the proper town.

The place is just that. A good place to sleep. The beds are good (on the short side with my 2mtrs, but than again.. All of them are). The rooms are clean and practical. The bathroom is spacious compared to the rest of the room. Park the car, collect the key and then put money in the meter, she has...

We chose this hotel purely because of the location. The rooms are small which is fine if you only stay a night. For similar rate in most touristy towns in France, you get more in amenities and comfort.

This hotel is in a great location, located right outside the village and very close to the bus station. The rooms were very small, but clean and met our needs (except for no hair dryer). The room air conditioner also worked very well and we were able to sleep comfortably with the high temperatures. I would recommend this hotel to...

We are regular visitors to Eze Village, but could not get a room at our preferred hotel, choosing Arc en Ciel instead this time We were aware of this place, but it always looked a shade basic. However, we have been pleasantly surprised. The location is absolutely fantastic and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The rooms are basic but perfectly...

Since we were in Eze for only one day, the rooms we had were fine. We had a room with a queen and a twin room, both ensuite. To get to the rooms, you had to climb about 15 steps, unlock the outside door and then unlock the bedroom door. As stated before, this is not a hotel, you check...

Basic, simple - but you need nothing more. It is just to put your luggage and to sleep. Than you walk, by feet, in Eze. The owner helped me with luggage and with parking. Ask her. I took the photo from the bathroom window...

The 'hotel' is in fact just 6 bedrooms above a cafe and souvenir shop - no reception, you deal with the lady in the cafe/shop. The rooms are clean, modern and, very importantly, have great AC. But they are very basic, overlooking either a car park or the road. You may struggle to find a parking space if you are...
