The hotel exterior looks pretty much like 95% of all the residences around Antibes/Juan-les-Pins that is to say pretty dated and not overly charming. But it's hard to find fault with hotel for its location and value! We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the check-in to be very efficient and the underground parking to...

Remarkably good hotel, we have stayed here many times, in both a room and an apartment, and never disappointed. Recently (and currently) they are renovating, the restaurant and kitchen have now been completed and some building renovation is still happening in other areas of the hotel, but it is being carried very sensitively, so one is not aware of it....

We have stayed here twice while work is being done on our apartment nearby and we are incredibly pleased with everything about the place. Large, comfortable rooms, often with big terraces, very friendly staff and very reasonable prices for the French Riviera. You should check if your rate includes breakfast, however, as paying for it separately can add quite a...

Expecting to a regular 3 starts hotel I was very surprise and pleased. The hotel is a part of a complex ( parents house ). New building with restaurant, bar, billiard table and 24 hours reception. Secure parking and very friendly & helpful staff. Located about 200 m from the beach and 10 min. walking from Juan-les-Pines old town with...

This is probably a totally different experience in season, but being nearly the only guests in the hotel in mid-October gave us an awkward feeling. Location is fine next to a small park and close to the beach; not easy with parking though, even in low-season. We had a bigger corner room that was spacy and with a nice balcony,...

We stayed 4 nights commencing 26th Sept 2015 on our journey from Portovenere towards Ijmuiden for the ferry home.to UK. Very comfortable room provided with AC, enjoyed the food - we were half board, The staff were friendly helpful and attentive, the secure hotel car park at additional cost is essential - its the only place in the South of...

My parterner and I stayed in this hotel on a business trip. We arrived late on the saturday night of the bad storm to be told there was no restuarant because of building work. This is not stated on any websites as far as I can tell. Our room was on the 5th floor and pleasant but could have been...

Our room was huge, bright, modern and clean. The staff was nice and accommodating. Great bar but the restaurant was closed for renovations. Roomy and secure parking was very reasonably priced (we particularly liked that!) Easy walk to the port and attractions. We were a little concerned about the distance to the Musee' de Picasso, but with favorable weather, like...

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel 2 weeks ago for some days. Very nice place, with modern big rooms and very close to the beaches and to the centre where you can find all kind of food you want. But the best food we had was in the restaurant of the hotel at a good price and with...

An excellent hotel for this area in terms of quality for the price. I had a massive room for a very low price having booked it last minute. The staff seemed friendly. The room was clean and very quiet. It is a bit of a walk to the night life, but that really helps if you want a peaceful nights...
