My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend, I can't wait to go back. The owner Patricia and her daughter make every guest feel special and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel was very nice for a 2 star.hosts Patricia and her daughter were lovely, nothing was to much trouble.situated 2 mins from the sea and 2 mins from the rail way station. Have just spent a delightful week in Hotel Eden in the lovely little commune of Juan les Pins, just along the coast from Nice. Just 150 metres from promenade and sandy beach this small family run hotel is just heaven for tired - but reasonably fit - oldies like us! This is a small hotel very well located between Cannes and Monaco. Very close to the beach and surrounded by very good restaurants. The service cannot be better; they are so kind and nice and completely at service. The breakfast is delicious and cooked at the moment. We would definitely come back to spend more time at this place.

Patricia has more energy than anyone I know and a zest for life. When we arrived by car she and her daughter had our luggage up the stairs (walk up) before we knew it. She brought us over and showed us the secured parking, just 1/2 block away. This was going to be a good stay, and we were there...

You should try ones in your life this fabulous family business in Juan les pins; Always available for you for help or some advices ; they always have a sweet word for you!!!! the situation is perfect if you want to discover the city. nice palm trees in front of your room and the sea.... a real EDEN ;)

We have just had a really wonderful 5 days at the eden hotel. We enjoyed great sea views from our balcony room. Breakfast was served in the delightful courtyard and was very good. It is a Bit of a theme with us but we really do Gravitäte to Family Run European Hotels.. This is nö exzeption. Beautiful Budget style hotel, in a Great Location.
