Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Very good hotel, very well located, between the sea and the old town and pedestrian streets. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet. The big plus was the “sea view”. Nice garden. Too bad this street is a bit noisy at certain times of the day. The meals are OK despite a somewhat limited choice of hot dishes, but this must always be considered in relation to the price paid for the stay. Pitcher wines are included. Very good value for money. Free safe in the room. On the other hand, a small fridge would have been appreciated during this heatwave week. Menton is a very pretty town full of charm, the most Italian of French towns, reminiscent of the villages of the five lands. The seaside is not concreted like in many places. The beach just a stone's throw from the hotel is a pebble beach and you may need to wear slippers. Sablettes beach is a little further away, with fewer pebbles. There is no parking at the hotel but underground parking is available 400m away (Saint Roch parking lot) at €84 per week, all the same. Monaco is 15 minutes away by train. Overall very positive stay and we will return with pleasure.

Top location (opposite the beach, you can't do better), very professional staff, attentive at any time of the day, good advice and responsive. Special mention to the chefs for the quality of the menus (choice, flavors, nice little words, in short, something to please children and parents). Thank you for everything !!!

Correct renovated room overlooking the street... too bad! Reception a little 'quick' No parking reserved at the hotel. The expensive paid private parking is located 15 minutes on foot and 10 by car..We would have liked to know that...Very beautiful setting directly on the sea...You can see many beautiful things if you like to get around on foot ...the breakfast was correct but the other meals were repetitive and did not correspond to the classification of the establishment...Too bad...!A good memory however!

Cons: (non-exhaustive list) on arrival receptionist very unpleasant and not kind old room ........ with ants!! ridiculously small TV the 2nd day the room was not made and of course it is the customer’s fault of course..!!!! poor and very poor breakfast, dirty glasses, more bread at 9am and undrinkable coffee. when we tried to explain the problems, the receptionist became completely hysterical, she yelled at us in front of everyone the director completely incompetent and unprofessional agrees with his staff that he finds exceptional...!!! it is of course the customers who understand nothing...which allows to make no commercial gesture.... Excellent surprise! I didn't know about this establishment, I was delighted. It is ideally located with 1 entrance on the pedestrian street side and another facing the beach. Just cross the road to swim. The breakfast buffet is plentiful as is the evening buffet. The staff is very pleasant and always available.

Breakfast and dinner on the terrace facing the sea. Easy connection by shuttle, bus, ter to other cities on the Riviera Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco. Very friendly and accommodating reception, very convenient half board option, allows you to make excursions during the day.

Very good stay at Belambra Vendôme in MENTON. Very beautiful site opposite the beach, possibility of numerous walks around Menton. The only flaw is the lack of variety in the meal menus; over a two-week stay, we find the same menu on the same day of the week. Very good staff, very good interpersonal skills and responsive in the event of problems (air conditioning problem), very caring. Good accommodation with space, a small fridge wouldn't be too much trouble.

Nice hotel on the beach, across a street walk right in front of the hotel. Room a bit old but clean. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Many restaurants and downtown Menton within walking distance through the back exit. No parking at the hotel, Recommendation parking garage "Saint Roch" , 3 minutes walk to the hotel.
