When you approach La Petite Maison from the rather rough looking alley, the signs do not look good. Once the Front door opens it becomes a welcoming enclave. With only two rooms, you have the undevided attention of Beatrice, the host, who is very knowledgable about everything in Menton and the surrounding area (we were there to visit the Eileen...

Stayed at Petite Maison last year, so when we decided to go back to Menton there was no question about. Quite large room. It is actually a small living room with a stair up to the bedroom. Large bathrooms. One of them have a bathtub, and the other just a shower. The breakfast is served in the courtyard. A simple...

Beatrice is a lovely host - making sure we had perfect directions on how to get there, and providing many comforts once we arrived. The hotel is conveniently situated (we did not have a car) to the port, beach, restaurants and museums. Despite being steps away from the tourist activity, the hotel was a welcome respite - quiet and tranquil....

La Petite Maison is a tranquil jewel right in the centre of the old town of Menton. My wife and I stayed here a week and we will no doubt return one day. The charming room opens onto a private garden where breakfast is served in the morning. The beach, shops, market and museums are just around the corner. La...

A wonderful hidden gem! Beatrice was a lovely lady and so accomodating. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was yummy! Can't wait to go back. If you park on the promenade it is 2 minutes walk into the old village. We had no problem finding it on google maps.

My daughter and I have just spent a very restful, enjoyable and comfortable week at the beautifully presented La Petite Maison in the wonderful resort of Menton. Tucked away in the old town (but still convenient for the beach, numerous shops and restaurants, etc) and hidden behind an atmospheric street of traditional architecture, Beatrice has created 2 delightful suites in...

If you want to stay in the old town of Menton... and you should... then La Petite Maison would be an excellent choice even if it were not, apparently, the only one. Beatrice was charming and helpful (her restaurant recommendations were perfect), breakfasts were copious and tasty, the little garden courtyard was delightful, and the rooms clean, reasonably large, and...

Tucked away in a narrow passage beteen two streets in old Mento, this 2-room B&B is truly a hidden gem. Beatrice is a charming and helpful hostess. The breakfast is great, with meats and cheese, bread, home-made preserves and croissant, and the best fresh orange juice I've ever tasted. One caveat - the beds are in lofts, so their are...

Well hidden in the alleys of the old town but once through the door you are in a secret garden. The accommodation was immaculate and Beatrice was the perfect host; nothing was too much trouble. Be aware that there is no vehicular access to the old town and whilst there is free on-street parking (up by the cemetery above the...

We stayed here for 2 nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of all that La Petite Maison has to offer. All the other reviewers are spot on with their reviews. Beatrice is a wonderful hostess who is warm, friendly, imformative and helpful. It is situated in the old town and is 2 mins from the bars and restauarnts. The...
