Lovely hotel. Breakfast very good quality and selection. Breakfast staff very helpful in general. Reception staff were a bit on the aloof side, although not unpleasant. Room very comfortable and clean. Would definitely go back, if ever in Nice again.

Stayed for 3 nights during the Monaco Grand Prix. As it was peak season, rooms were not ready upon arrival. So had to leave my bags there while we find our bearings around the city. It is a short 5 mins walk to the tram line and 10-12 mins walk to the train station. There is a big shopping centre...

We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with our choice. The location is perfect for walking to the Historic centre or the main shopping precinct. The room was well decorated and large enough for the two of us to be comfortable. Unfortunately my luggage was lost by the airline, but the staff at reception were so helpful...

The Hotel Ellington is located in a very quiet and safe location of Nice. Walking distance to the main shopping areas, beaches and 15 minutes walk to the train station. My wife and I were greeted well by the front desk staff and was provided with a well appointed spacious room. The hotel has a lounge (with happy hour service)...

I booked this hotel through Hotwire and paid $165 USD per night. I was very disappointed when I arrived, as the word boutique does not really describe it as much as small. The room is tiny, the bathrooms small, everything is small. It is in dire need of new carpeting and upkeep. Very disappointed for the rates paid.

Booked this hotel based on the reviews on Tripadvisor - which have always been very accurate on previuos occassions. This hotel looks the part from the outside and the communal areas are lovely, however, the bedroom and service we received were both terrible. The room - a throw back tothe 70's red stained carpet, marks all over the walls, 2...

Loved the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful .The Ellington was central for everything that we needed , close to beach , bars and restaurant ,mustn't forget the market. Prices in hotel bar a bit pricey the happy hour prices in bar were laughable !!!! but all in all a super hotel and would visit again. Would recommend

Stayed in the hotel for a whole week ( sun/sun ) lovely location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Friday night is very lively outside around the hotel but it is a city and down in the city centre it was a lot louder. Second time we have stopped here and would recommend it for its position and friendly helpful staff.
