We booked a junior suite for 5 days. On arrival the safe was locked , bed badly made with sheets that do not fit, toilet sink blocked and all tables and bathroom surfaces and wall dirty with what was clearly historical filth, and a door that would not close due to a damaged frame. Complained and asked for action over...

A wonderfully located hotel at the very heart of the Promenade des Anglais. Walkable to all key sites and a stone's throw from the iconic Negresco (a must for a pre-dinner cocktail). The West End has real old world charm. Rooms are tastefully furnished and well fitted out. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom a little tired design wise, but spotless. Ask...

Thank you Nicola C for your visit. Well seems you have encountered many issues with our breakfast service. First af all we do aopologise for it. It does not reflect the level of service provided to all our guests and definitely not the one we are all engaged in. Truly our hotel was all booked , Nice is a city...

Nice Hotel with the charm of the Belle Époque, service will need to improve strongly The hotel is wonderfully located right on the Promenade des Anglais and my wife was very happy to be there after our cancelation last year right after the assassination. Just back from a three night stay in the West End Hotel. Overall we (my wife and I) were happy with our stay. The room was on the top floor as I requested when booking. There was fresh fruit and a selection of macaroons in the room on arrival which was a nice touch. The room was a little on...
