We stayed here for 5 nights. Not the best hotel I've stayed in but was worth the room rates for sure. Pros: clean spacious room, nespresso machine and instant coffee and tea selection, great location on the promenade Cons: if neighboring guests leave while their balcony door is open the door slams shut shaking the entire building, the bed is...

Perfectly adequate hotel located in the heart of the Promenade des Anglais. Staff is super helpful assisting with reservations or tour information. One part of hallway smelled like sewage. Room was clean. No gym - should have even a basic one for these prices.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel while traveling through the south of France. Here's a quick breakdown...... Positives: - perfect location -- with an unobstructed view of the promenade, and right on the door step to many restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. - very clean -- you would think this factor should be a throw in but in Europe, this...

Our family of eleven stayed over the weekend at this no-nonsense hotel. The rooms are quite clean with wifi easily available inside the hotel. The reception staff and breakfast personnel provided excellent service a for a 4-star hotel. This was our second time to stay at this hotel.

My wife and I spent 4 nights. We had a room at the second floor with a view towards the park…and when looking out to the right – towards the great Mediterranean Sea. The room was situated a rather long walking distance through the corridors, from the elevators. We found the geographical location to be very good. The front side...

Dear Homevalley55, Thank you for taking your time to post your serious comments about our hotel on Tripadvisor. We are glad that you have enjoyed our hotel’s nice location and the surrounding’s facilities. However, we are worried to hear that our hotel didn’t meet your expectations on certain levels. This certainly does not represent the usual quality of our service....

Stayed December 2010: Central to attractions, room had side view of prom & sea and view of gardens, while we were there Christmas fair was on in gardens opposite - building is shared with Le Meridien Nice (entrances are on opposite sides with prom to the front), comfortable room, breakfast area overlooks side street,

This was a lovely hotel; we were upgraded upon booking in. It was not expensive, but so central to all attractions. It was opposite the beach, restaurants were very handy and not that expensive, WiFi available and a computer in a separate room for guest use. The room was airconditioned and there was plenty of room to put your clothes....

We had a garden view room which has a good side view of the sea, as well as the gardens (sadly lots of construction work going on there at the moment). The hotel is in a really good position on the front, but rather impersonal and business-like. Sound insulation is good, which is just as well as there's a lot...

Hotels in nice are expensive but this one was good enough. Big room, good breakfast, comprehensive. It's righting the main drag beside the long, long seaside walkway for strolling and watching the world go by. Only criticism is that they gave out brochures in foyer of taxi info to airport for fixed price. Could not actually book that for us...

Stayed here for 1 night only and got a really good rate. Rooms have recently been refurbished in vibrant colours. Staff are friendly, efficient and bi-lingual. Location is just around the corner from the Promenade and actually is probably better than being right on the noisy esplanade. Would easily stay here again.
