First things first--BEWARE, if you do not have a lot of bags (or, are not physically disabled), and you arrive in Nice (Ville) by train, take the tram, (for 1.50 euro) and walk the rest of the way to the hotel (about a 5-8 minute walk). We were unfamiliar, so we took a cab and it cost 17 euro, for...

We stayed for 4 nights in May. Check-in was quick, efficient and friendly. The hotel rooms (we stayed in 357) are immaculately clean, fresh and tidy. The location is perfect for the beach, market and old town. The staff were all xcellent. TIP - number 98 bus from the airport stops directly outside the hotel - take he bus rather...

Location hard to beat, on the Promenade and the Av. St. Jean Baptiste, easy walking to the old town and most restaurants. (The hotel shares the building with the much larger Le Meridien hotel.) American-style service - friendly, helpful and well staffed. We had an oceanview room which was great. Higher quality tea than usual in the hotel rooms. On...

Stayed here for three nights at the beginning of May. The hotel is in a great location, just 5 minutes from the old town of Nice and a few steps from some very good restaurants. Room was nice with views of sea and garden across the way. There was building work going on across the street but with two sets...

Stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of may. Hotel in fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean with fresh towels daily. Only minor complaints - twin rooms have no view and no balconies. Also a shame there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel - it does breakfast only. Other than that, can't fault it.

Very good hotel, with a nice staff. Every thing that I asked in the frontdesk was done, cordially. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are not so big, but it's good for 2 people. The location of the hotel is the best thing, in front of the beach, near to shops.

Stayed here just one night while in Nice. The room was a good size, very clean, up-to-date, with a partial view of the sea and a direct view of the park (currently under construction May 2013). Service was great - friendly and fast. Double glass keeps it fairly quiet. The room rate was ok for Nice. Location is excellent for...

We stayed her during the weekend of the Monte Carlo Masters. It was a great base for this. It was easy to reach by bus from the airport and most things were within easy walking distance. The room was good with a lot of storage space and we had a comfortable sleep. The shower was average (not so strong pressure)...

This hotel was great. We booked the superior ocean front room and what a view to wake up to each day. The promanade can be a little noisey, but there was double windows to the small balcony and heavy curtains which blocked out the noise. The room was well appointed with plenty of room for the two of us, the...
