We stayed at Mercure because of the proximity to Promenade des Anglais but on arriving at Nice, realized that there are quite a few hotels along that road. Anyway, this is a medium size hotel with basic services which was fine for us because we were not planning on gym or eating at hotel etc. The location is quite nice....

My Husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter weekend (29th March-1st April) for our first wedding anniversary weekend and had a lovely time. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Nice, very centrally located and opposite the beach. We flew in from Luton and caught the local bus from the airport to the hotel...

+++ + excellent location, close to the tourist attractions and the sea + clean renovated rooms with modern style furniture + friendly and helpful staff + fast and efficient breakfast + excellent restaurant recommendations and help with booking --- - had to re-register in the orange wifi network almost with every session, Skype did not work for some reason -...

This hotel is the perfect location. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. We stayed over Easter and had fresh towels every day. We would definitely go back here, and pay a bit more for a garden room. The sea/beach is just across the road and the tourist bus and train less than 5 minutes. Staff were pleasant and helpful,...

The staff at this very well located hotel certainly are first rate and will do all they can to help. Our room looked over the Front and was a good size and well appointed....and importantly well sound insulated. There are no bars or other communal facilities here which is a pity. Breakfasts were adequate but cramped. My main gripe was...

This is the second time that I have stayed at this excellent hotel. The location couldn't be better, on seafront, close to shops, restaurants, flower market, old town, five minutes walk from harbour. The reception staff are extremely friendly, arrived on an early flight and went straight to hotel to ask if they could mind the bags until check in,...

This hotel has nice, clean, large rooms with comfortable beds. The location is great, right in the middle of Nice, and close to the old city and not too far from the airport. The plumbing is a bit noisy, and can wake you up during the night.

Situated close to Nice centre and on the promenade this hotel is a good choice all the year round but especially out of season. We chose a Privilege room with a small balcony and a comfortable bed that looks out to sea. The beds have mattress toppers, beautiful, white cotton linen and a choice of pillows. it's impossible to take a chair...

We have just come back from a 4 days trip to Nice to see the Carnaval. We chose this hotel as from our balcony we would be able to see the parade of flower floats and the fireworks.BUT due to non-stop rain the parade was cancelled and we stayed in our nice room far longer than we would have liked. The hotel...
