The hotel went beyond our expectations. We were received with a hot beverage and croissant that was perfect after a long trip. All of the girls at frontdesk were amazingly kind. In addition, you can enjoy the happy time in the hotel and also into other hotels of happyculture: we tasted sone great pattiserie at Villa Otelo and then went...

My room looked exactly like on photos. Good size, amazing bed, awesome design (so pretty colors!). I had the window facing the courtyard, so there was no noice from the streets and train station. What I didnt like is that to open a window (and I like to have window opened) you have to move away the curtains and then...

This hotel was recommended by friends as it was in close proximity to the train station. Overall my husband and I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was a decent size with an extremely comfortable bed with a shower ensuite. The room itself was very quite but was extremely noisy when others were entering their rooms. We booked online...

We booked a four night break in Nice through BA (they have some great deals, BTW) and chose Villa Otero for competitively priced accommodation. The hotel is small but well decorated, and our room was fine for the length of stay. It's close to the station but rather a long walk to the old town. You can pick up the...

We originally booked our seven night stay at Best Western Hotel Riviera by Happy Culture, but to our dismay when we arrived we found the hotel boarded up and under renovations, as you may think we were in shock we quickly went to the next hotel who thankfully are a sister hotel and told us that we have been moved...

We stayed in the hotel for three nights over the weekend in February. I loved the decor of rooms and the reception area. We stayed in the double superior room and it was perfect for the short visit. The only downtown was that the doors could be a little bit more sound proof as you can hear other guests closing...

Stayed here late last year during Christmas holiday season. Waited to post review because I was traveling and had hoped hotel would circle back about incident - they did not. Booked after having a fabulous experience in another Happy Culture property in different city. Check in was fine, room was comfortable but upon waking on first morning, realized that some...

We had breakfast included, everything had gone smoothly until the check out, when the lady at the front desk accused of lying, refused to read my reservation where it said breakfast was included. She pretended to call expedia, acted extremely rude and unpolite. I had been in this chain 3 times before, but for this attitude I am not going...

Dear clients, We apologize for your disappointment with your stay at our property regarding your breakfast. The agency that booked your stay did not include breakfast in the price of your room. However, when you checked out, our receptionist only had one day settle for breakfasts and offered you the other day. Your agency contacted us the next day to...
