These apartments are lovely especially the ones facing the villa and gardens at the back. A short walk to promenade and a 30 min walk to old town. We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of shops nearby to buy groceries and bakery goodies.

My husband and I stayed here for a week from 10th June. Really nice apartment with balcony overlooking the garden. Yes there were a few stains on the carpet but to be honest, it didn't really matter. The staff were lovely and helpful, great location about 1km from town but only a couple of minutes to the promenade with a...

The inside of the apartments are a bit old and out of date, but nothing you can't handle for a week or two. The beds are all right and the air condition is nice. The view from the apartment was nice, where as i had a simple but beautiful view of a street.

Visited Nice for my 2nd trip, this time for my mothers 60th birthday. As per usual had a fabulous time in Nice, weather was beautiful early 20's and the people lovely. This accommodation is very very basic, the carpet was filthy and stained, the bathroom very worn and no cleaning service. The room smelt of smoke, the balcony door did...

Residhome is a well located hotel. It does need up dates, like carpeting removed and towel changes more often(without charge). The beds were comfy and kitchen was equipped well for a short stay. We were disappointed that the solarium was not available to be used(we were not told that at booking). We found Enrique and Virgini excellent at the front...

Spent 6 nights in what is now called Residhome Nice Promenade. The street noise is pretty loud, especially if its warm and you want to have the windows open. If you like to walk its a good choice because its somewhat removed from center of town, although the Promenade des Anglais which is the boulevard mext to the beach is...

We should have demanded to be moved straight away, but were under the impression that the hotel was full. We had 2 apartments, both overlooking the road on different floors which were very noisy both day & night. The carpets in both rooms & corridors were very dirty, as were the room curtains. The beds were good as were the...

I stayed here for one night recently. The apartments ( now called Residhome Nice Promenade) are basic but ok, the location is very close to the promenade, shops and restaurants and the staff were very helpful and spoke English. The only negative was that the lift was out of action and I was on the 5th floor. The staff though...

New name: Residhome Nice. Price was okey, near the beach and the promenade. Not so far away from shopping. Bakery just outside and a Lidl grocerystore 100 m down the street. They even had a wheelbag in the reception if you needed for the groceryshopping.Apartment nice and clean, beds were good and the kitchen was enough equipped with things you...
