The private room was just enough for me. Had I been with someone else, the space in the room would have been too small for two. During my stay, the staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when I asked for direction where I could buy a moisturizer for my cold rash. It would have also been better to make breakfast an inclusive for private room renters, where guests need not pay extra to avail of it. However, I did not pay for breakfast as I was leaving their property too early and coming back late at night. There location is near the train station though.

Staff were friendly and helpful, great for suggestions on where to visit and what to eat. Never any issue with checkin or checkout. Great location close to the Nice train station, as well as the main boardwalk strip.
Room was clean, the beds well made and clean overall. Comfortable for sleeping but kind of a tight fit heightwise, really not enough room to sit up in.
Breakfast was NOT worth it. Small croissants and chocolate pastries with watered down orange juice and apple sauce. Totally not worth the cost, buy your own bread and food in the morning at one of the nearby grocery stores.
Rooms were quiet when sleeping, so the sleep quality was good. Balcony provided a nice view of the hotel street area, and for drying clothes and towels.
Huge problem with this place: Not enough toilets!!!! Only one per shared room (6 bed room), and only one on the main floor. Totally ridiculous! Had to hold in some real emergencies a few mornings, or go to bed an hour later than desired because someone was in the shower all night.
I can't say I'll stay here again unless they get more toilets installed somehow, it's a serious problem I feel.

Staff were so nice all the time and the hostel/hotel is super centric! They do activities must of the nights so you can socialize with many people and the breakfast is nice a cheap! Train station is like 6 min walking. Don’t doubt to stay here!.

The hotel setting in great location only few minutes walk to the main city which surrounded by shop, restaurant and easy to catch the public transportation. Staff were nice and willing to accommodate when queries. Look like the building doesn't have sound proof so you could hear people next door talking which was very bad. The room was very small no space to put stuff and sit. The service was limited and you need to pay 5 Euro for towels in the room. Breakfast was cold and small selection but it could be better.

Hotel Ozz is actually more like a hostel located conveniently near the central train station in Nice. The atmosphere is conducive to meeting other travelers, and the bar/common areas provide a nice place to relax and share stories. The staff are very friendly when they’re not busy, but the afternoon cattle call with a line of people checking in requires patience. Overall the building seemed to be clean and appealing. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
I didn’t feel as if the price of my stay was a great value. The walls are paper thin even though there is advertising to the effect of sound-proof rooms. Not the case at all. My bed was not comfortable (a very basic low cost mattress). The AC is wonderful, but there is some kind of master switch at the lobby desk. My room was very hot when I arrived, so I finally asked the staff and they switched my AC to “on” from a panel behind the front desk. Very strange and not convenient for the guest! I’m sure it’s some kind of cost saving measure, but after a long day of travel on a hot train I desperately wanted to cool down immediately and didn’t get to do so. There were two large hooks on the back of my bathroom door that didn’t allow the door to open fully. Super annoying (yes, a first world problem but the hotel needs to know about these sorts of things). there was a top sheet and bottom sheet for the bed, but no blanket or comforter. I just didn’t sleep all that well. I probably would not stay here again, but the best part of all was meeting other guests!

Nice and clean dorm, and super that you can check in after midnight. The 3 People dorm was spacious with individual locker/shoe shelf. The beds were very hard, but ok. The luggage room was very very tiny, and i could barely fit my bike bag inside. The breakfast was very simple, Just musli, white bread, croissant, butter and cheese. It felt safe to stay here, and the staff was helpfull and polite.

The hostel is lovely place. Perfect for those who come as a group. Nice design and a great entertaining idea is a huge plus. Air-conditioning is fine, food...
However, some rooms are built with the potential to produce negative points. That is the rooms. Small rooms with almost no area of privacy except the toilet. No lock at lockers, and beds with 3 levels are not safe at all.

They keep marking my negative review on Google as “fake engagement” Having a business that takes down any criticism isn’t legitimate and very sketchy. How many other guests have they silenced? They are misrepresenting their reviews and artificially inflating their rating. That type of behavior isn’t acceptable. Attached are booking confirmation and email correspondence with business. Now that that is out of the way, There was mold in shower. Three bed bunks were not sturdy, they shook if you moved. Shower is too small, kept hitting wall. That was annoying since I couldn’t unpack and get settled. There was so much miscommunication with the business as you can see in the email, I had reserved a bottom bunk and confirmed with employee, only to arrive and find my bottom bunk was given away. They had to move me after one night since the bottom bunk I reserved was given to someone else.

Nice hostel on a good location in the city of Nice. Super friendly reception. It's also a great place to meet new people/travelers. Breakfast was good. They let me leave my bags there because I was flying later that day en even had coffee after my check out. :)

Hello Tasha, thanks for your question ! We have a few options for guests with children: guests can either book a private dormitory of between 3 and 6 beds, or they can book one of our double rooms. We also have a private room that sleeps 4 people. Our hotel is child friendly - we have a social space with ping pong, table football and other games to play.
