Great value for the price , 2 minutes to the sea front and close to the restaurants and shopping. Clean and tidy room , great staff who are friendly and multilingual . Beds are comfortable buts let's face it , whilst in Nice you are not going to spend much time in your room. Would definitely stay here again when...

I am regular visitor to Nice and the surrounding Cote d'Azur.... I usually stay in a hotel around the corner from this one... but booked this hotel at the last minute... price was fab... and extremely happy with the choice... staff are very polite and very helpful... booked a single room option, and was very pleased and surprised to to...

Hotel was in a fantastic location, so close to the water and shopping areas. Transport from the airport is really close by (the airport bus) and the rest of the time we walked everywhere. Rooms are neat and clean, maybe on their way to being a bit dated, but very comfortable. Service was very good

Excellent location, small yet modern rooms and bathrooms, great value for money. We would re-stay in this hotel. Restaurants, pubs, pharmacies etc all located surrounding the hotel. Short walk to French riviera and transportation.

Very nice and clean hotel. Reception is nice, very friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi is not that great, need to log in constantly. The location though is prefect. Near the old town and near the shopping area. At night there are enough restaurants just around the corner, f.I. La massera, Italian food. The beach it's very close, so jump in...

This is the third time we have stayed at the Hotel de Suede. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Room and bathroom clean, Nice selection for breakfast which is served on the 5th floor in an airy and clean breakfast room. Very close to Promenade des Anglais and handy for all transport links

A spotlessly clean hotel situated in the city centre and just one street back from the Boulevard des Anglais. Staff are very pleasant, we have stayed at this hotel 5 times and to get to it from the airport, you just hop on Bus 98 and it drops you off just a stones throw across the Albert 1st gardens.

Just returned from our second stay at the hotel. Reception staff very professional and helpful. Our room was superb - excellent bathroom, air con, plenty of storage space and spotless. Breakfast has a varied choice of hot and cold food which should cover all tastes. Location is ideal for visiting the main tourist areas. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed here for a Romantic weekend break. The hotel is perfectly positioned for the Promenade Des Anglais, the old town and in walking distance of the station if you fancy heading to Cannes or Monte Carlo for the day (which we did). It is also extremely close to a great row of restaurants and coffee shops - all more...

Title says it all really. Location couldn't be faulted, steps to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Room was clean, basic, had working air con which meant we could keep the window closed at night to block out the noise from the street below. Staff were friendly with good English. Didn't have breakfast as there was a lovely artisan bakers just...
