Nice hotel with good location to the train station and trams, and to visit all areas. The shops, promenade and old town. Friendly staff, who were able to help with booking a trip. Our room was small, but the most comfortable bed. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Would stay again.

With a perfect location next to the railway station (catch the bus from the airport which stops there with 3 min. walk to hotel). Very clean, decent sized rooms and bathrooms. Entrance and lobby small (nearly non-existan). Great fresh breakfast (eggs, charcuterie, pastries, juice, etc...) included in room price. Even have Nespresso and a cooler in the breakfast room where...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights back in September 2016. It was more like 2 stars hotel. I was shocked when I got there as we chose this hotel based on the reviews and the pictures. The room is not the same as shown in the pictures. Very small and the bathroom was not clean. You could...

Little nice hotel in a convenient location not far from the train station. Put off by the entrance is between KFC, Kebab King and burger king. Rooms are totally renovated and clean although "smelly" and noisy (background street noise enough to disturb my sleep despite the thick windows). No minibar in room. Staff is friendly and polite. Reception lobby area...

Great little hotel 5 minutes from the train station. Don't be put off that it's right next door to KFC. . Staff are very helpful and friendly . Rooms good and clean . Can be noisy outside which didn't bother us but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. We were on the side....

Stayed at this hotel back in May - booked last minute for 4 nights - really friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you - polite and friendly - very clean hotel. Even special touches for my 6 month old grandson in his mum and dads room - lovely new little 'sleeping bag' in the cot, plus his own set...

We stayed here for 4 nights in Oct and the main reason we chose it was due to its location which is excellent-there is a tram stop just outside that you can take to Place Messana and then a quick walk to the Promenade and also old town Viuelle Ville to save your feet! The train station Gard Nord is...

Great location, superb little hotel. Spotless clean, great rooms for a city centre, all you could ask for. Very helpful staff, great fresh breakfast and a wonderful free drinks offer. Would always return to this little gem if I get around to returning to Nice. So close to everything you need. Trams, trains, bars, restaurants and lots of shopping.
