Really good location. Small but clean room with a comfortable bed. Tiny shower with shower curtain not great but overall for the very reasonable price it was perfect for a long weekend in the heart of beautiful Nice.

The room and the bathroom are clean, and the most important for me is the air conditioning are working well. No noisy, pretty calm. So great!!! The stuff are friendly too. The location are just perfect, Close to the supermarket, beach and train station.

My friend and I only booked this place because it was cheap on short notice- well worth it! We loved this hotel! It is not only nice and cozy but also well worth the money with it situated a 5 min walk from the train station, and 10-15min walk from the main shopping areas with the metro, as well as... More

Our stay was split between the ground floor in the annex building - must have been a outhouse / garage /barns etc now fully converted inti a large room plus bathroom. This is one of the larger rooms available and perfectly adequate. The hotel rooms are slightly smaller but again are quite adequate and for the price...good value for money.... More

In plus: Staff was very friendly and polite. Location really good between railway station (which is handy if you travel by train across Cote D'Ázur) and promenade. In minus: Definitely did not like paper-thin walls. You can hear absolutely everything what is happening at your neighbors. Each night we could not fall asleep until people who lived above us went... This was a very lucky find. It's within walking of the train station and bus routes as well as the Old town and beach. It is set away from the road, which isn't a main road anyway and with the trees and vegetation it it very calm and peaceful. Thierry on reception was lovely. The rooms themselves weren't big but... This charming hotel is ideally situated in the city of Nice being a good walk from the Promenade and close to many coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Sitting outside in the garden with a drink for a few hours each day was a real relaxing highlight of the stay. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were perfect

This is a very cozy hotel close to the train station and easy access to everything Nice has to offer by foot :-) Friendly staff, good breakfast and nice, clean rooms. The hotel is facing a little courtyard so there is no noise from the street (although it is a fairly quiet one). And there is a terrace where I... More
