Good standard and close to Everything. You can easy walk to beach, store, "old city", train station and to harbour. To walk to the train and take the train for a trip to Cannes is easy and very comfortable. You will very soon find your own favourite cafe and restaurant.

On the junction of Ave Jean Medecin and rue de lake liberte this is ideally situated. It is not very far from the promenade and has numerous shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel is quite old. Our room was quite small but spotless. The bed was comfortable. The tv had no English language channels but we didn't go...

On the whole a good experience. I say interesting, because BA messed up the hotel. We were supposed to be in the univers hotel in Cannes but ended up here. The hotel was very clean, the room was an okay size. Bathroom was very clean. It was extremely noisy at night however and the double glazed Windows came into their...

Excellent location and staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was spotlessly clean but towels were rather thin. The shower cubicle was very small and had a shower curtain which I do not like.. As the air conditioning seemed to be turned off, despite the heat, the room for very hot. My room 201 was noisy as it looked...

Stayed for three nights in this hotel. The location is great, around the corner from Place Massena and a short walk to the Promenade and the market/old town. We had a very small room at the end of a long corridor which we think was smaller than the average. The shower was very small and a tight squeeze if you...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and were very pleased. The location is ideal to the heart of everything you will want to see. The tram stops just 50 feet from the hotels front door and it's just 2 stops on the tram to get to Nice-Ville (SNCF Gare/ main train station). The rooms were...

This is a good hotel right in the centre of Nice. Having been to Nice before we roughly knew where it was. It is next to the main shopping area, five mins walk to the beach and ten mins to the train station. Rooms might be small but. We had a balcony and had all the facilities you would need....

Its the little things that make a hotel great and equally the little things that make it not so great. Hotel near lots of shops, bus stops and tram line making it perfect for days out. 15 min walk to Gare de Nice Ville to get trains to Monaco and Cannes. Reception staff could learn to smile occasionally. Breakfast room...

A good basic hotel conveniently situated opposite Galeries Lafayette, on tram line, 2 minute walk to Place Massena, 10 minute walk to the old town with the market, bars and restaurant. Rooms generally moderate size, our double room at the front was a good size, the family room was a decent size but small shower, twin room at the back...
