This was our third trip to Nice, FR and we wanted a location close to Old Town and the restaurants we love to explore. This hotel was situated between the water and the village. Small front reception area staffed with lovely and happy service agents who spoke both French and English. The room was as we expected, small for american... More

I have chosen this hotel three times due to its superb proximity to the start of the Nice - Cannes- Marathon. This year the stray was moved to the Nice stadium however, but the location is still great, being just by the beach, old city, market, shopping and restaurants. We could walk everywhere, no need for taxi. The breakfast is... More

We stayed in a "Superior Double" room for 2 nights at the end of September. The room was lovely: recently re-furbished, clean, well equipped and easily big enough for the kind of visit where you are out and about in town most of the day. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. We didn't have the breakfast, which seemed... More

Location: could not better especially in this price range with all rooms facing Albert 1er Park (small one from Belgium king) and can also see the ocean - actually can jump into water after crossing famous Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. It is convenient located at the border of Messina Place (where Tram stop, bus to Monaco, St. Paul... More

This is a beautiful hotel in an old stone building, right next to the beach and old Town. Room was clean, spacious and with a small balcony. View was to the park. Bed was almost too good, we slept extremely well. Noise isolation was also very good. WiFi worked well and flawlessly, there was also a small fridge. Breakfast brunch... More

The hotel is on the main square set 60 yards back from the beach. Great location close to bus routes & old town 200 yards away. The room was clean and suitable if a little small. The ability to leave luggage for later collection was v helpful.

No slippers, very poor wi fi. Stayed for 8 nights. The ratio price quality is excellent . Hope to come back again!

My wife and I have just spent a wonderfully warm 3 days in Nice. Lots to see in the galleries and good walks through the town and up to the castle. Lovely promenading and watching the world go by. Very good food if you follow tripadvisor recommendations but its all there whatever your taste might be. We went too Peixes... More

We stayed here for three nights following a guided tour of Southern France. The hotel is located at the west end of the “Old town” no more than a few hundred metres away from the Promenade des Anglais. We paid about € 80 per night, breakfast not included. By contrast the hotel around the corner we stayed at during the... More
