If you want a top location right on the Nice beach. This is the hotel for you. Not 5 star but all things normal people would want: Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, good-size bath, good breakfasts, flatscreenTV and wifi, best of all magnifique views.

I do not remember a coffee maker - there was a fridge and iron and ironing board. Make sure you ask for a room over looking the ocean and away from the nightclub in the roof of the building across the road. Although you can't hear the noise with the balcony doors closed it made sitting outside impossible - enjoy your stay
