The hotel looked clean and I'm just happy to find a Bikram class. Accessible to take the team but a bit hard to find because it's not very well located but worth going to if you are not very particular person. The hotel let me use the toilette and the cleaning lady is very pleasant

Stayed at the Hotel Monet as a couple during Euro 2016 for one night as we were going to a game in Nice and a boat trip to St Tropez which is why we stayed near the port. The location for us was perfect, though it isn't local to the main train line a short hop on the tram and...

This is not a hotel it is a grotty hostel with bad service and very unclean. The staff are very rude and unpleasant. I arrived at the hotel after an 8 hour drive and was demanded 48 euros for parking which i never asked for. I asked them to provide information about the 48 euro parking which they couldnt but...

I stayed here in May 2015 for 3 nights with my boyfriend for the Monaco Grand Prix. We booked this hotel over a year in advance, we know how hard it is to get a hotel for a reasonable price. We did a bit of research online and were happy with the quality of the hotel. When we arrived we...

Hotel Monet is a very affordable place to stay in Nice, it is easy to see why. We chose to stay here because we came for the Monaco F1 race, affordability was key. Most places were expensive and Hotel Monet did manage to fit within our budget. I do wish I allocated more money to accommodation in Nice on my...

It's basic and a little tired but perfectly situated for exploring the old town and port. Just don't make the mistake of hiring a car when you stay in the city. I paid €63 for a triple room despite being on my own. So had the luxury of a toilet in a cupboard, literally! But I like odd things like...

Like others have said, the location is fantastic. You're about 100 meters from the harbor, which is beautiful, and you're at the foot of a big hill with old fortifications and panoramic points. Also, like others have said, the rooms are pretty bare - the en-suite bathroom is pretty funny seeing as you can't close the door. You're not expecting...

Pros: Location (easy walk to port, beaches, Old Town, etc). Friendly staff. Price. Terrace. Cons: Small room. Toilet/sink were literally in a closet and you couldn't close the door (NO privacy) but there was a public toilet down the hall for privacy. It sounded like a bomb went off twice with every toilet flush (of every toilet on the hall)....

The location is great! Close to Nice Riquier trainstation, close to the port and not so far from the beach. Our room was ok, at least it was clean. The toilet was built in a wardrobe and you couldn't shut the door while you were in there.. No privacy at all.. A good thing, there was a toilet in the...

The rooms are alright, the staff really helpful and the price is good for the location. On the downside the beds are springy and the shared amenities are in dire need of an upgrade, felt like id travelled back in time.

Thank you for your review We took over the hotel a month ago (the hotel is under new management) We are working on renovating and replacing as quick as we can, but we didn't have much time before the season started and there was alot to do. *That you thought the rooms were not clean enough and not comfortable, I...

“Its not worth the extra for an 'ensuite', our room was at the back away from the main street and wasn't noisy.”
