This hotel is a little gem. Our room had the most beautiful sea view balcony as did the breakfast room. The beds are clean and comfy
The breakfast was delicious especially the freshly squeezed orange juice.
We went to the Monte Carlo masters and it was so easy and quick to walk from the Hotel
The staff spoke good English and went out of their way to make us feel special Andrew help with our travels
We'd highly recommend this hotel and would most certainly come again

We stayed just one night with my family, a small, characteristic hotel with a beautiful view of the sea, very convenient for visiting Monte Carlo, 10 minutes away by car, very peaceful and quiet.
Cozy room with sea view suitable for 3 people, with characteristic furnishings that make it romantic and functional with all comforts (including air conditioning)
Small bathroom but with a nice, very large shower,
Beautiful sea view with small balcony.
Everything very clean.
We opted for the à la carte breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff who welcomed us with a welcome drink and
he helped us choose and book a restaurant in the area for dinner.
With an easy staircase you can reach the free beach under the hotel in 5 minutes.

The hotel is nice and relatively small. There is no pool, later in the evening no bar (even no minibar) and we had paid significantly more for booking what it would have cost on site (we only noticed there). Consequently, probably better book directly. Also, the specification of beds when booking did not match. Regardless, it is more of a 3S hotel in our view. It is an ancient house, which is largely renovated, but in many places cannot hide the age. The breakfast overlooking the sea was nice, the staff extraordinarily effortful and friendly (not a bit arrogant as often in the area) and also parking right in front of the house was good. Also very convenient is the bus stop for the 600 bus to/from Nice, Monaco, Menton. Had the hotel not been so expensive, so old in terms of construction and on a higher level of equipment, we would have been absolutely satisfied. The view was also really nice. Probably, however, we will try it somewhere else the next time we visit the area.

We had a memorable experience at this hotel years ago. Everything - except for the many steps up and down carrying the luggage - was perfect. So much so that we didn’t care about the narrow stairs.
This time, we learned that the ownership has changed. The room was pleasant and the view stunning as last time but the service was somehow lacking. Luckily we could speak some French and communicate without much difficulty with the receptionist with very limited English. He was polite and helped us with the luggage upon check in. However, on our check out day we dealt with the luggage, carrying it up two steep/narrow flights of stairs on our own. Our biggest complaint is that despite their amenity listing of restaurant and bar/lounge, both are pretty much non-existent. We had a menu in the room with a variety of food offerings that don’t work in practice. The only meal we can have other than breakfast is a choice of 200 euros, nothing else. Then why do they advertise their restaurant (Hotels. com: 'This restaurant specializes in seafood and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light fare') if basically there is no operational restaurant? Why is there a menu in the room that we cannot use? Why do they have a room service number if that type of service is almost nonexistent (except for drinks)?
We stayed in multiple hotels during this trip and for the first time we were charged continental breakfast fees plus each cup of coffee that we had, and also an additional for the fruit. We don’t mind paying but we wish things were clear from the beginning.

We planned to come to this hotel Friday March 22. Unfortunately, we were put to bed by a fairly severe Covid and we were unable to come.
I called the hotel and management refused to postpone our arrival. Ok these are probably the general conditions but I think that a business must be accommodating, especially during a period when it is rather calm.
It's really not commercial. We lost €145 with no response (the management not taking the trouble to talk to us and went through the receptionist who at least tried to be accommodating)
In short, only money interests owners. Damage.

Excellent stay of 4 days in this small soothing Pension very well placed and managed by a team with great care.
Louay, Jerome and Inova were very attentive and very welcoming.
The garden is very well maintained and the building full of charm.
The beach is worthwhile but also the restaurant:)
The cuisine made by Sri Lankan cooks is excellent.

Wonderful hotel with very polite and friendly staff. Moreover, the staff were taking care of us like as no one else. It was really touching. Never experienced such approach in any other French hotel.

The level of service speaks about itself. Perfection in everything. Want to thank separately the manager who was welcoming and helping us during our stay.

The view is just wow and deserves a star.

Luckily the view and the weather was wonderful…
One night was more than enough in the Le Levant room. The furniture was very dated. The room was right next to the kitchen, so all the noises and smells were like we were in the kitchen with them but worst of all was the cleanliness of the tiny shower room with no door.

It is a terrible feeling when you get cheated on money...especially when you're on vacation!

I still can't get over what happened at our recent stay at Le Roquebrune. Everything was just about perfect until the time of our check-out - then, I was shocked to see that our original room bill (140eur) was doubled (to 280eur).

The hotel overcharged us on everything. We wanted to have lunch on our arrival and I went to the reception to order two items from the menu, around 10-12eur each. The friendly owner suggested her ratatoulle instead, and she also had some grilled fish ready...mmm, it really was a nice simple lunch - we shared the pot of ratatoulle between the 2 of us, and both of us had a small fish. Now, guess what they charged us on check-out? 80 euros! Not even the fanciest five-star hotel would charge anything close to that...

And that is not all. We stayed only one night and had a breakfast on the next morning. I have stayed in many, many places in France and the breakfast has always been included - especially in small "bed & breakfast"-type of places like this one. Well, we had a juice, coffee and croissants and were charged 20 euros for that. But the worst cheating happened with the fruits - which we thought would be included in the breakfast. They charged us 15 euros extra for those!

I think this is all very sad. I am still astonished by all this...how on earth can this happen? Maybe at a sketchy place in India, but no way in Western Europe!!! The owner was such a charming old lady. Maybe they just wanted to take the chance in my case. The owner saw my fancy sports car, with plates from the Emirates - maybe that made her think she can charge anything.

Anyways, if you still want to go to this place, make sure in every instance how much everything costs!
