La Vague proved to be very strategically located for our explorations up and down the Cote d'Azur without having to work our way through Nice traffic. It was also close to two inland places well worth some time - St Paul de Vence and Vence. The hotel is a small-medium establishment. It's modern tho’ past first flush of youth. Lies...

Nothing needless or pointless. Just an attractive, slightly quirky hotel with everything you could possibly want - and in a wonderful location with delightful staff. In France it is quite easy to pay more and find that all you get is an added layer of formality and pomposity. This gets the balance exactly right. Food is excellent, too. It is...

We had a lovely time. The hotel staff was wonderful and professional. Everyone was so helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful as we as the pool area. The room was great for a family of 4 people. Very clean and modern. The restaurant was also fantastic. Do not miss the breakfest! We can't wait to go back some day!!

A really nice hotel isolated in the mountains around Vence, but only a few minutes from the beautiful old town of St Paul de Vence. The interior of the hotel is newly redecorated to modern standards, with an interesting exhibit of art everywhere. It's a modern / art / retro hotel basically. Rooms are really nice and beds comfortable. Highly...

My new favorite property before or after an international flight. This gem is hidden in a more residential area. The outside areas, including the pool and bar, and the modern art work throughout are fantastic. The rooms are modern and the beds comfortable. A few downside items worth mentioning. The WIFI is weak in the rooms. Breakfast options are limited...

We stayed for 3 nights on a couples break. Arrived at 10.30pm arrival was not what you expect from a 4 star hotel, very little ambience - very bright lobby, quite clinical as is the hotels style perhaps. Quick check in with no information given apart from room number. Had a drink in the bar..no bar man as such just a guy...

The hotel has very nice rooms and facilities. I would recommend to hire a car if staying in this hotel as a 5 minute drive using a taxi to St Paul de Vence sets you back 20€ each trip (no alternatives like Uber). The buffet breakfast is underwhelming, not the standard of a 4 star hotel and is very pricey...

Located in the middle of the Alps-Maritimes, the hotel is offering quiet and peaceful atmosphere. A small hotel, yet you have what you need for a couples' get-away. The rooms are nicely decorated, with air conditioning, mini-bar, and it has a small balcony with a two place coffee table, overlooking the beautiful garden. There's a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by...

Very very nice place and nice service. Service in the in-door bar area could improve (minor detail). Other wise a very very good experience. A quiet and calm atmosphere. The decor is very modern. The rooms all have a terresse which is nice.

Out stay at La Vague in StPdV was een treat. The modern design and art around the hotel is lovely and the location on the edge of StPdV is perfect. Rooms are well equiped and breakfest is realy good and not typical French. What made the hotel even more special is the super friendly staff. Service with a great smile...
