The woman who runs it is sassy and accommodating. Stayed open late because we wanted another bottle of wine! It's on the edge of the city, with a great patio and view. Would go back again and again. Probably packed in high tourist season, but we were the only ones on a 70degree Saturday in October.

Loved staying inside the walls of this hill top village with outstanding art. We stayed in the Rose room which is spacious and has a commanding view of the hills out of the main window as well as the bath room. All stone walls like you're staying inside a castle. The bed was raised on a wooden floor inside a...

This lovely unassuming restaurant run by a staff of energetic, charismatic women charmed me right away. The servers were friendly and sweet with our young boys, and put in their order for a delicious pasta with salmon right away. My husband had some of the best tuna tartare he’s ever had, and I had a goat cheese salad that was...

2nd maybe even 3rd visit and each one better than the last. Extremely friendly service ( even when close to closing time) Great place to have a drink as the sun sets and the Horizon is illuminated red. Have never eaten here but will do on next visit.

It takes a lot for me to waste the time to write a negative review, but my experience was so awful I feel the need to share it. The good: location inside medieval village, a few rooms had stunning views, free simple breakfast on terrace to enjoy those views. The bad: dirty, I almost did not even want to take...

We didn't stay here as we were staying in our motor home but my husband and I happened on this fantastic restaurant on a sunny day at the end of May whilst exploring the exquisite town of St Paul de Vence. We sat outside and enjoyed the most amazing view over Provence. The staff were completely delightful and efficient and...

This was a wonderful hotel for us in the ancient city and it kept the theme of antiquity in a successful way while merging it with A/C and Wi-Fi, quite a trick. The bed was very comfortable and the surroundings very quiet and placid which made for excellent sleeping. The staff could hardly have been more accommodating and tended to...

We were given a code to enter the hotel and after numerous attempts we could not open the door. Eventually a staff member appeared and let us in and duly informed us the code had been changed since they had e-mailed us the code. I just wonder where we would have slept that night if the staff had gone home....

My husband and I happened upon Hostellerie les Remparts. The food was wonderful - I have never eaten Buffalo Mozzarello and Tomatoes that tasted so good and my husband's steak was equally good. Simple food done well - can it get better? Yes, the view looking out over the surrounding countryside was something out of a French novel, but the...
