Low key luxury at its best. All the staff are super friendly and on top of every detail. The owners are extremely connected and tapped into all the beach clubs and shops. The rooms are chic and luxurious with all modern necessities. Having stayed at many hotels in the area, this one stands out to me as the best. I...

Dear Alice C Great to hear from you and thanks for writing this lovely revue. We have just re-opened the hotel after the winter break. The sun is shining and Saint Tropez is waking up. We're looking forward to the summer and to seeing you and your family again this year. Best regards Pauline, John and the team at PASTIS.

Our stay at Pastis Hotel St Tropez was nothing short of pure Heaven! The rooms are gorgeously decorated, airy, open and luxurious. The service was impeccable and we loved eating breakfast by the pool, playing boule at night, and relaxing with a glass of wine outside. The food is fantastic, the people are warm, the space is quiet and its...

Dear Fifg Thank you so much for writing this glowing report of our hotel. We're really pleased that you enjoy the same things that we do and it makes all the team very happy to know they do a good job. I guess we had better practice our boules playing for the next time you stay… That is if you...

We visited in early October and got an off- season rate of $350 per night. That compares with to high season rate of $750 a night, which would have been impossible for our budget. I thought that the hotel would be in the center of things in Saint Tropez, but in fact we had to walk quite a distance to...

Dear Dick531 Thank you for your rating and overall praise for Pastis Hotel. In particularly for the staff. They really appreciate your comments. But we are sorry not everything pleased you. You are right to say that we are not in the centre of town. We are at the entrance to Saint Tropez, which is a 10 to 15 minute...

We arrived after dark on a late-season evening. We received a very warm welcome from Sarah, who was kind enough to upgrade us to a specious and lovely room. The room exudes the personal taste of the owners, with an eclectic but matching combination of furnitures. With the morning light we could enjoy the hotel's sea front location, within 5...
